The Intership agreement :

In order to increase efficiency and speed, the process of applying for validation of work experience has
just evolved. You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire in the first instance, to do this you will
need the following information :

• Confirmation of your current address

• Identification of the placement module you wish to validate

• Details of experience - Type of contract

• Details of experience - Start and end dates 

• Details of experience - Assignments 

• Details of your HR contact for an internship or your manager if you wish to validate a fixed-term or
permanent contract (Name, First name and Mail address).

Please note that validation of this first form automatically creates a request to the Career Centre team.

After verifying this information, we will confirm this first pre-validation step.

We will then send an email to the identified contact in order to collect the necessary data for the
complete validation of this request.

Throughout the process you will receive confirmation emails and information on the progress of your
application.
