In Practice, you listened to Nick and Paul’s conversation.
Nick: Actually, I’m meeting the customer service manager in the afternoon and then I’m
going to play golf.
Paul: Friday?
Nick: I’ll probably be out of the office in the early morning and I’m going to be quite busy
in the afternoon. Let me check my diary, hold on… OK, I’m giving a presentation that
afternoon but I’ll be free after five.
Paul: Oh, I probably won’t be here after five o’clock. What about early on Monday then?
Nick: Paul, I’m so sorry, I’m meeting with another customer, but after about three o’clock
I’ll be free.
Paul: Great! That suits me. So Monday at about three, in meeting room four?
Nick: Great, I’ll note it in my diary now. Thanks Paul, see you then.
