1/4 cup cracker crumbs

2/3 cup rolled oats

2. 1 cup milk
3. 1 ½ tsp lemon juice or vinegar
4. 7/8 cup all-purpose flour
5. 10 large marshmallows
6. 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk plus 7/8 cup of water
7. 1 cup rolled oats, browned
8. 1/4 cup melted margarine, butter, bacon drippings,
shortening or lard
9. 1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup granulated sugar plus 1/4 cup unsulphured molasses
1/2 cup liquid brown sugar
10. 3/4 granulated sugar
Reflection:
1. I learned that measuring the exact amounts of the
ingredients needed is important. Because if you will not
follow the exact ingredients, the food might taste bad.
2. I realized that knowing the substitutions of each
ingredient/s that we will use in cooking for us to be ready
just in case.
3. I intend to use my knowledge about this lesson for me to
use it in the future.
