Decoding the DCPR- 2034 is a 20+ hour intensive Executive Program designed by The Real Estate Management
Institute- REMI in collaboration with CREDAI-MCHI and PEATA. The program has been specifically curated to provide
attendees with a complete understanding of the new development control and promotional regulations recently
announced in Mumbai. The program gives attendees a better understanding of the new DCPR through explanations of
the technical details, a comparison of the 1991 and 2034 DCPR, as well as provides a macro understanding of the
development and market potential of the DCPR 2034. The program will be delivered by experts across domains and will
follow a Socratic method of teaching using examples, case discussions and activities to make the technical content more
accessible.
