Eligibility
The program is open to all students possessing a Graduation
Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 Years experience after graduation is desirable
though not mandatory.
Students will be admitted on the basis of their educational
qualifications, experience, positioning of their business in the
sector/profession and evaluation based on a Personal
Interview.
Program Fee
The fee for PGDM Real Estate Construction & Management
program is 5,00,000/‐ per annum.
Selection Process
The admission committee would evaluate each applicant on
several criteria to ensure the suitability of participants.
Each applicant would have to undergo a personal interview
(PI) to determine the interest and inclination. Besides, an
assessment test may be administered. Each component of the
application including the application form, assessment test
and the interview performance would be adequately
reviewed, and the subsequent selection of the participants
for the program will be made.
