build successful careers in a highly volatile world. The Shiv Nadar University, Delhi
NCR - MBA program is specifically designed to empower young working professionals
with the knowledge and skills to become confident leaders who can turn volatility into

THE PROGRAM
MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

This UGC Entitled MBA Program is designed for fresh graduates and working
professionals to provide them an effective business education in an online format.
It prepares participants to lead in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex,
ambiguous, and digital world. Apart from functional knowledge, the program
emphasizes emerging technologies, globalization of businesses, and strategy in a digital
world. Participants will have an opportunity to connect with professors, industry
experts, peer groups and experience an immersive educational experience.

It is a 2-year, online program that is covered over 8 quarters. Participants can choose
