Project Controls Manager (With strong QS background )

Business Line specific context

Project Control Manager must be Sr. QS basically, having 15 years of experience in which at least 10 years to be served in PMC /
engineering consultancy office. UAE Experience is preferable.

Job description

 Ability to review the monthly payments.

Ability to review, analyze the Cost Claims and prepare reports.
Adequate experience in using Primavera. (Preferred)
Ability to review, analyze the EOT Claims and prepare reports.
Ability to prepare the weekly and monthly reports
 Ability to review the contractor’s daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ability to carry out the contract administration tasks.
Ability to draft contractual letters.
Ability to review, analyze and process the provisional sum items.
Profile

Ability to review the bonds, insurances, and warranties.

Ability to review process the final settlement and account.
