limited companies usually participate in organizations where the necessary funds are
transferred by shareholders and stakeholder along with governments as well. Government
also can run a public limited company solely under their own rules and regulations for
instance BBC is fully operates by the British government.

Private limited company

The focus of the private sector is to maximize the earnings and also the prosperity of their
own properties. This is the reason because the company is controlled by its shareholders. This
management team invests in the company for the profit maximization and all the decision is

2
taken by the owners and management. Owners are rewarded by dividends and so many other
facilities according companies policy. For formation of the company they have to follow the
company act 2006. For instance t-mobile is a private limited company which set their basic
statement to maximize the profit and fully controlled by its shareholders.

Volunteer organization

The purpose of these types of companies is support and helping the society rather than
maximizing the profit. The focus can be the undervalued people of the community can be
animal or might be children. The cancer research institution in the United Kingdom is
documented as a voluntary entity. The financial strategy is to meet the breakeven point for
the return of investment.

Government organization

Government runs organizations for the public interest and minimizes

the barrier of the life. The fund for the companies is generally rising from the government.
National Health services (NHS) is one of the modest example.

NGO’s

NGOs are not isolated from public sector organizations, which include associations and
different types of organizations that provide services to their members and others. These are
non-profit organizations. Many NGOs currently work in the field of human resources or
social technologies. Research shows that NGOs are trustable too much on their members,
making them a useful indicator of social issues and artists.

LO 1.2.

Organizations differ in diverse standards as well as identities, which is very essential in a

business situation. Considering areas such as micro-enterprises, SMEs, Transitional and

3
international trade, they have different interests in the corporate environment and more or less
have four main types.

The micro industry reflects the business those are relatively smaller in size. This kind of
industry has a lesser figure of employees and strategic changes match up to other industry.
For instance, individual property is a form of small business and they might have 5-10
employees depends on their expectation from the customer. This type business completely
depends on their customer for their incomes and revenue

SMEs are central and commercial businesses. The number of employees here is between 200
and 300, with emphasis on efficiency and profit. The transitional industry is a business
operating in many countries. This stability is the highest product for international innovation.
Global trade has a wide range of activities around the world, including more employees and
more revenue. As already mentioned, not all organizations work for profit. However, many
large companies with high labor costs do not need high-paying jobs. They might be sorted as
undersized, average and large. The figure of employees, the total of owners and shareholders,
market share and legal status are some of the aspect that makes these types of services
difficult. Around 90% of the European business is SME’s.

LO 2.

The size, volume and structure of different marketing organizations have a clear impact on
business goals, products, and services. Their relationship is clear, which helps leaders make
effective decisions that increase efficiency. The company is based on a number of functions:
HRM, sales department, Promotional department, R&D, Manufacture, Operations, CRM,
Finance and Accounting, management and IT.

Limited-liability companies are large and have a limited market share, and have a good
customer base that is compatible with the products and services provided for business
purposes. Large companies, such as private companies t-mobile, have small business policies.
In addition, the size and scale of the company can enhance the innovation and efficiency of
companies ’products and services.
4
Large-scale organizations enjoy scale, learning benefits, and other competitive advantages,
thus lowering costs, increasing profits, and creating value for customers. Instead a business,
for instance, is lesser in size and scope, which prevents larger and better products and
services. In addition, their purpose is based on short-term and long-term services. Here is a
close relationship between work, purpose and organizational structure. The performance of
the company depends on the purpose and structure of the organization. In another way,
organizational structure affects the overall character and duration of the organization.
Organizational activities no longer operate on their self, but rather work together, gain value,
and perform well in organizations. The control system works better, so they have better
professionals, efficiency and capabilities. It sends the necessary information to effectively
link tasks. In addition, corporate culture can be strengthened by ensuring the company’s
business performance.

Miscommunication in a good enterprise culture is one of the sources of sales and

productivity. Sales efficiency can be reduced. The advantage of this combination is that it has
a positive impact on the business structure and improves efficiency. Good business
performance achieves more effective business goals comparatively to other business strategy.
Also combining organizational skills efforts can also lead to added value and increased
collaboration.
