    Dear TSYP 11 OC Team,

    I hope this email finds you well,

    As you may be aware, we are currently planning for TSYP 11. On behalf of the Logistics
    team I would like to request your assistance in this regard. To this end, we need your input
    on a particular matter.

    We believe that each and every one of you has unique perspectives and ideas that can
    make a significant impact on TSYP’s preparation.
    That's why we are inviting you to share your valuable ideas and suggestions through a form.

    This form will help us gather important information and insights that will be useful in the
    planning and execution of the program.

    Your participation is essential to ensure that we have a well-rounded view of the program
    and will lead us to meet our objectives.

    It will be an open form with no deadline ,simple and easy to fill out. and your ideas will be
    directly forwarded to the concerned ones(Logistics/Sponsorships/Program chiefs) and for
    sure discussed in the meetings (if necessary) .

    The importance of this form :


    We will be reaching everyone related to the TSYP (Externals/Attendees in past editions/past
    OCs….) But it’s only us who know our limits and capacities so it’s only us who will decide
    either and idea is feasible or not , so will be mainly focusing on hearing your valuable ideas
    by using this form , it will make it easier for everyone to share their ideas and much faster for
    the chiefs to take their decisions ,

    Logistics chief.
