Dearstudents,

We hope this message finds you well. As your SRC executives of our noble nursing and
midwifery training college, we would like to inform you that the Student Representative Council
(SRC) executives are eager to hear your ideas and suggestions for the upcoming SRC week. They
believe that your input is crucial in making this event a memorable and enjoyable experience
for everyone.

Your SRC executives want to ensure that the activities planned during the SRC week align with
the desires and preferences of the student body. They want to know what would make you
happy and what kind of events or initiatives you would like to see during this special week. Your
opinions matter, and they are eager to incorporate your ideas into their planning process.

To gather your suggestions, we kindly ask each of you to share your thoughts on how you
envision the SRC week, as well as the dinner . You can do this by copying and pasting your
suggestions into your class page. Please take some time to think about what activities, themes,
or initiatives you believe would enhance the overall experience of the SRC week. Your creativity
and input are highly valued.

Once you have added your suggestions to the class page by copying and pasting as you number
and add your suggestions , we kindly request that the course reps takes the responsibility of
compiling all the ideas as in copying and pasting on class basis and sending them to the SRC
Board platform latest by Thursday 27th December ,2023. This will ensure that all suggestions
are considered by the SRC executives when finalizing their plans for the SRC week.

Remember, this is an opportunity for you to have a say in shaping an event that is meant to
celebrate and engage with our student community. We encourage each one of you to
participate and share your thoughts openly. Together, we can create an unforgettable SRC
week that reflects our collective interests and aspirations.
