Ans:

Strategic business analysis are those actions and decisions made by management while
trying to understand the impact of strategic events like: introduction or development of new
product line, setting up a factory in a new location, employing key staff, selecting organizational
structure, investing in new technology, managing risks, complying with relevant laws and
regulations, implementing changes, etc.

2. Write an idea about the purpose of business analysis.

Ans:

The purpose of business analysis is to identify all of the needs of the business and
recommend solutions to address that needs and ultimately to solve a business problem. In
addition,it identify solutions that meet the need for improvement.

3. Can accountants become business analysts? Explain.

Ans:

Yes, an accountant could. CPAs utilize proper accounting practices to ensure


compliance with federal and state regulations. It's standard practice for CPAs to possess a
detailed understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial reporting.
