Letter of Intent (LOI)

This is a non-binding letter of intent or expressions of interest - also known as Letter of Intent
(LOI) - between the two partner companies Bosch Rexroth and Transcarpatica SA, both sides
confirming that they work together to evaluate the following project –

Project name: Paint Parts for Bosch Rexroth - Blaj Plant

In addition, the Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) have already been exchanged as a draft.

Bosch Rexroth offers this LOI, outlining the mutual intent with Transcarpatica SA to realize
the Painted Parts (Valves Housings – according with the latest list already sent). The goal of
this project is to qualify and release Transcarpatica SA as a strategic supplier for this Part
Family (PF). Therefore, this statement indicates the strategic interests of both companies to
work together.

There is no legal commitment of Bosch Rexroth and Transcarpatica SA with this LOI.
