BUKO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
 Buko
 1 Condensed Milk
 1 Evaporada
 1 Nestle Cream
 1 Today’s Mix Fruit

PROCEDURE:
 In a mixing bowl, combine young
coconut, fruit cocktail and add sweetened
condensed milk and nestle cream. Gently
stir to distribute the ingredients.
 Mix until all the ingredients are properly
distributed.
 Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or place in
the freezer for 1 hour.
 Transfer to a salad cup
 Serve for dessert.
SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:
 Egg
 Mayonnaise
 Sliced Bread

PROCEDURE:
 Place egg in a bowl. Mash using fork.
 Add mayonnaise. Fold until all the
ingredients are well blended.
 Transfer in a container.
 Refrigerate for one hour, or you can use
it immediately. Spread over your favorite
slice of bread.
 Share and enjoy!
BANANA CHIPS
INGREDIENTS:
 Banana
 Oil
 Sugar

PROCEDURE:
 Prepare a pan and place it in a stove with an
average temperature.
 Pour cooking oil in a wide pan and heat.
 Slice the bananas using a slicer and place a
batch of sliced bananas in the hot oil.
 Deep fry the banana until almost crisp.
When the bananas are almost done, scoop a
teaspoon of sugar.
 When it looks fine, remove the banana in
the pan and drain excess oil.
 Place the banana chips on a container and
segregate it with its own plastic holder.
 Serve right away and enjoy!
TAPIOCA

INGREDIENTS:
 Mango
 Condensed milk
 Kreamdensada
 Evaporated milk
 Sago
 White sugar
 Nestle cream
 Gulaman

PROCEDURE:
 Remove the mango from its seed.
 Combine the cooked tapioca, slice
mango, cream and milk then mix it well.
 Refrigerate for few hours before
serving. Enjoy!!!
