TIME ALLOWED: THREE HOURS PART-I (MCQS) MAXIMUM MARKS = 20
PART-I(MCQS): MAXIMUM 30 MINUTES PART-II MAXIMUM MARKS = 80
NOTE:
i. Part-II is to be attempted on the separate Answer Book.
ii. Attempt ONLY FOUR questions from PART-II. ALL questions carry EQUAL marks.
iii. All the parts (if any) of each Question must be attempted at one place instead of at different
places.
iv. Write Q. No. in the Answer Book in accordance with Q. No. in the Q. Paper.
v. No Page/Space be left blank between the answers. All the blank pages of Answer Book must be

SUBJECTIVE PART ― PART-II

Q. 2. Trace the course of Khilafat movement and assess its significance for the development of Muslim
nationalism and Indian politics.

Q. 3. Briefly discuss the genuine factors which were responsible for the demand of separate homeland by
the Muslims of the Sub- Continent. How these factors converge into Ideology of Pakistan?

Q. 4. Keeping in view the current scenario of pandemic, discuss if Pakistan's response to Coronavirus is
adequate to prevent an outbreak or not? What measure do you suggest to improve the response?

Q.5. A well-designed local government reforms can strength democracy and may be helpful for quick
response in case of disaster. Elaborate.

Q. 6. Discuss the prospects of success and implications of its failures of ongoing Intra-Afghan dialogues
on Pakistan and region as a whole.

Q. 7. Pakistan would continue to remain in the Grey List of FATF. Critically evaluate its reasons and
possible implications for the county. Also recommend policy options to follow.

Q. 8. What other measures do you suggest for a peaceful solution of Kashmir Issue? Or the Diplomatic
maneuvering and political engagement to engage UN for the cause is the only way for Kashmir issue.
