SUBJECTIVE PART ― PART-II

SECTION-I
Q. 2. Explain the nature and scope of criminology in Pakistan? Write down the development of criminology as a
branch of criminal science.

Q. 3. “The explanations for crime are not simple; we live in a complex society, and the causes of crime are as
complex as the society itself”. Explore the sociological, psychological and biological conditions leading to
criminal behavior and the factors in society that contribute to its continued existence?

SECTION-II

Q. 4. What are the risk and protective factors of juvenile delinquency? Suggests some essential measures to reduce
juvenile delinquency in Pakistan.

Q. 5. Write down the historical perspective and issues of correctional institutes in Pakistan and also give some
suggestions to improve these correctional institutes in Pakistan with International standard.

SECTION-III

Q. 6. Define criminal investigation and its key principles? What are the modern facilities, pattern, trends and reality
is prevailing in Pakistan to conduct the criminal investigation?

Q. 7. Write down the history and role of INTERPOL in Pakistan? Discuss the measures or steps of INTERPOL in
reducing organized crime in Pakistan.

SECTION-IV

Q. 8. What are the methods, causes and socio-economic effects of money laundering? Discuss the recent
(September, 2020) legislations and institutional measures for controlling money laundering in Pakistan which
was a key demand from the Finical Action Task Force (FATF).
Q. 9. Write down the following: (10+10 = 20)
a) How the media portrayals of criminal based on race, gender, ethnicity and social class?
b) Explain the cybercrime and its types? Suggest some protective measures to control cybercrime in Pakistan.
