1. Who is the best player of that match, why do you think he/she is the best player?

Jema Galanza came up with an explosive performance in the winner-take-all Finals game 3 against Petro
Gazz Angels giving 19 points on the match. With her performance, Galanza was able to win with her team
past the Angels as they seized the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference Championship. According to Gallanza,
she gave she best because she wanted to win.

2. What are the different faults the players committed during that match?

The players from respective teams commits several kinds of violations such as touching the net, service
errors, and reaching over the net all of course are penalized by the referees.

3. Why do you think coach/coaching staff is important?

Coaching staff in volleyball is essential to a team's success. A good coaching staff will possess technical
and tactical expertise in the game and help players improve their skills and decision-making on the court.
They can teach players how to execute plays, improve their timing, and master the mechanics of the
game.

Additionally, coaches can help their team develop a game plan that takes in to account the strengths and
weaknesses of both their own team and their opponents. This strategic thinking is essential to winning
matches, as it allows teams to capitalize on their strengths and exploit their opponents' weaknesses.

Furthermore, coaches can inspire and motivate their players to perform at their best. They can create a
positive team culture and high morale by helping players stay focused, energized, and confident. By doing
so, coaches can create an environment where players feel empowered and motivated to succeed.

Coaching staff can also help players develop important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and
discipline. These skills are valuable both on and off the court, as they can help players succeed in all
aspects of life. Coaches can mentor players, encourage them to push their limits, and help them grow as
individuals.

Finally, during a match, coaches can make-adjustments to their team's strategy and lineup based on the
performance of their players and the tactics of their opponents. This ability to adapt and respond to
changing circumstances is critical to winning matches and achieving success in the game.

In conclusion, coaching staff in volleyball play a crucial role in helping their team reach their full potential.
Through their technical expertise, strategic thinking, motivational skills, and ability to teach life skills,
coaches can help players become the best versions of themselves on and off the court. They are a key
component of a successful team and should be valued and respected for their contributions to the game.

11. If you are given a chance to be a coach what motivational messages do you give to your player if
he or she on a lowest point of his/her career?

Winning is often the ultimate goal. However, there are times when it is important to remind players that
it is okay to lose. Losing can be a valuable learning opportunity for players. It allows them to identify areas
where they need to improve and develop strategies to overcome weaknesses. Moreover, it can be a
chance for coaches to provide feedback and help players develop their skills.

In addition to being a learning opportunity, losing can also build character and resilience in players.
Coping with disappointment and learning from failure is an important life skill. Players who handle losses
well are often better able to handle setbacks in other areas of their lives. Losing can help players develop
a growth mindset, where they see failure as an opportunity to learn and improve.

Finally, reminding players that it is okay to lose can help them keep perspective and enjoy the game.
Volleyball is a sport and ultimately should be fun for players. By focusing too much on winning, players
may lose sight of this and become overly stressed and anxious. By reminding players that it is okay to lose,
they can approach the game with a more positive and relaxed mindset, ultimately making the game more
enjoyable for themselves and their teammates.

In conclusion, while winning is often the ultimate goal in volleyball, it is important to remind players that
it is okay to lose. Losing can be a valuable learning opportunity, build character and resilience, and
promote a positive and enjoyable attitude towards the game.
