    Our client: Abdin Joynel

    We write regarding the £6,769.10 which you are claiming on the above’s rent
    account.

    I can confirm that he is unable to pay the money which he owes in full.

    However, Mr Abdin Joynel has raised and sent us £4,000.00 and we offer this as full
    and final settlement of the CCJ.

    Our Client makes this offer on the clear understanding that, if you accept it, neither
    you nor any associate company will take any other action to collect or enforce this
    debt in any way and that I will be released from any liability.

    If you accept this offer, please confirm in writing that you will inform the courts that
    the debt is now fully settled.

    Our Client will then send your full settlement letter to the courts and the credit
