PUBLIC NOTICE

The approval of fresh building plans of Stilt + four floors in case of

Residential Plots have been kept in abeyance vide order dated 23.02.2023,
including the applications pending/received for approval. The Government has also
constituted an Expert Committee vide order dated 16.03.2023 to examine the
issues pertaining to construction of Stilt + four floors comprehensively and to
recommend future course of action in the matter. Now, the Expert Committee has
decided to seek objections/ suggestions regarding construction of Stilt + four floors
in Residential plots in the State of Haryana, so as to take an informed decision in
the matter.

Therefore, objections/ suggestions are invited from general public/

stakeholders on the following link on the website of the Town and Country Planning
Department, Haryana within a period of 15 days i.e. upto 06.04.2023:-
