 SANSVID M INTERNATIONAL hold public courses at various locations around the country, at each course SANSVID-M INTERNATIONAL will use a
suitable venue; provide training manuals and an approved Trainer.
 SANSVID-M INTERNATIONAL has a non refund payment policy; which states that any payment made will not be refunded.
PUBLIC COURSE DELEGATE CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, DEFFERALS AND EXTRA CHARGES:
CANCELLATION:
 Cancellation Charges is 50% of Course Fee
TRANSFER:
 Transfer charges are allowed within 7 working days of payment.
EXTRA CHARGES:
 If payment is not complete on or before exam date, an extra charge is attached

VAT:
 All courses and VAT chargeable shop purchases will be charged using the Current VAT rates
