The Teachers As Curricularist Survey Report Presentation
Table 1 presents the mastery of the subjects that teachers are required to teach.
It shows that there are 11 teachers who answered “yes” and 2 teachers who answered
“no”. This means that majority of the teachers have full mastery of the subjects they
are required to teach; Indicating that as a curricularist, they really are knowers. In
addition, from the ranking of the self-assessment with the most “yes” answered, self-
assessment 1 ranks thirdly out of 4.

Table 3 shows how the teachers never hesitate to oblige in implementing new
curriculum reccommended by educational agencies. There are 12 teachers who
answered “yes” and 1 teacher who answered “no”. This indicates that most of the
teachers believe that it will bring improvement for quality education; Implying also
that as a curricularist, they really are initiators. In addition, from the ranking of the

important it is for them the factors that may affect in planning a curriculum and how

answered “no”. This means that it is just a must that teachers go to school physically,
mentally, and emotionaly prepared to give life to the curriculum plans. In addition,

ranks secondly out of 4.

Table 12 exposes how the teachers bring out their facilitating skills into full
potential. Just like previously, only one, answered “no”; which also shows how teaching
can be science and art and how teachers do their job well as implementors. In addition,

13. At the end of every class, I reflect if the learning goals have

been achieved and keeps track on the learning outcomes.

achieved or not. Accordingly, only one teacher answered “no”; Which means that this
