WORSHIPERS ARE SO EASY TO LOVE

His eyes slowly opened.

He reached out his hand to touch his wife. She wasn't in bed.
He could hear her singing
"You are awesome in this place, mighty God; You are awesome in this place, our Father.
You are worthy of our praise. To You our lives we raise. You are awesome in this place
mighty God" he could hear her sing.
He turned on the bed and smiled.
He thanked God. This is how he pictured marriage should be: Married to a woman who is
so in love with Jesus.
He said a prayer. Covering his family with the blood of Jesus. The head of the home,
must pray for the home.
He got out of bed. Put on a Tshirt written "Love conquers all". His wife bought him that
Tshirt. He put on his pants.
He followed the sound of the singing voice, it seemed to come from the kitchen.
His wife had transitioned to another song.
"Be magnified oh Lord. You are highly exalted.." she sang.
He joined in singing, "And there is nothing you can't do, oh Lord my eyes are on you"
She turned her head and saw him entering the kitchen.
He held her from behind as they both sang, "Be magnified. Oh Lord, be magnified"
They sang the chorus together, swaying their bodies to a rhythm.
She turned her body to face him.
"Good morning my co-worshiper" he greeted her.
"Good morning my honey. You slept well?" she responded.
"Yes I did. When did you leave the bed? I didn't hear you get up" he wondered.
She straightened his Tshirt saying, "Darling, you were too exhausted. You couldn't
possibly hear me getting out of the bed. Besides, I didn't want to wake you up, it's a
weekend, you needed the rest"
"What about you? When do you ever rest?" he said.
"A woman's work never ends" she replied.
"So what are you up to love?" he asked.
"Just making us breakfast. I finished washing the dishes" she responded.
"The kids?" he asked.
"They are outside playing as they wait for breakfast. Daima has gone to the neighbor's to
pick up her text book" she responded as she removed the toasted bread from the
toaster.
He held her by the waist and turned her to face him.
He kissed her lips and said, "Do you know what I love the most about you?"
"What?" she responded.
"Your worship. I love your submission to Christ. I love your spirit that communes with the
Holy Spirit. I love how you surrender to God and it is your worship that makes you an
amazing mother and wife. When you worship you have the right temperament, when
you worship you have the radiance of God and it makes it easy to approach you because
God is welcoming, when you worship you speak with the right tone, you forgive easily.
When you worship you have peace. When you and I worship we grow stronger together,
your spirit and mine become one with the Holy Spirit as we cry Abba Father. When we
worship we get along well, the presence of God fills our home. When we worship we get
answers to solutions and the Lord fights our battles. When we worship, problems don't
find us; and even if they do, God gives us the strength to overcome. I truly believe
because you are worshiper, loving you is so easy and comes natural" he said.
She kissed his lips and told him, "It takes a fellow worshiper to see things the way you
do. How blessed I am to have a man who is more than a husband but a co-worshiper
too, together we have raised an altar for our Lord in our home. Worship brings out the
God in us and it's an honor to kneel at the throne of Jesus with you. I am so in love with
your spirit"
Their eight year old son ran into the kitchen, hugged the both of them then run away
saying "I love you mom and dad"
The couple laughed.
"Look at how worship is so attractive. Thank you for raising our children with me in an
environment of worship" he told her.
She kissed his cheek with a smile in her eyes.
"I love you. Let me fry the sausages my love" she said.
"How can I help love?" he asked.
"You can make the eggs" she suggested.
"I am on it" he said picking up an apron and putting it on.
"You are Alpha and Omega, we worship You alone You are worthy to be praised. We
give You all the glory, we worship You alone You are worthy to be praised" they sang
together as they prepared family breakfast.
