2. In relation to said reference, attached is the data on number of reported drunk-

driving cases in Davao City covering the period from January 1, 2000 to February 15,
2023. Further, please be informed that the Alcohol Breath Analyzer (ABA) test kit was
issued effectively in the year 2019 hence the Traffic Enforcement Unit has no recorded
data for suspected drunk drivers and filed cases against drunk drivers for the year 2000
to 2018.
