ISSUE/ PROBLEM
Effects which beach pollution makes on coastal tourism in Karachi. Although Pakistan has a
beautiful sea shore and the fast growing economy in the world, coastal and marine tourism is not
increasing significantly there. The considerable contamination observed on the beaches is one important
factor in this.

OBJECTIVES
Our study Intends to provide a statistical survey of the tourism experience in connection to
pollution at the coastline of Karachi. The tourists ability to convey their level of worry about pollution,
particularly plastic pollution, at the same time is a positive component of the information source essential
for research required to advance awareness of the issue and, eventually, find realistic methods for the
solution of problem.

METHODOLOGY
The nature of this research is quantitative. The quantitative examination involves a mathematical
investigation of information.
FINDINGS/ RESULTS/ PRODUCT
This study was finished to consider the difficulties which beachfront contamination presents
towards the advancement of coastal tourism in Karachi and definitely help to raise awareness of the issue
and, ultimately, find workable solutions.
RESEARCH EXPANSION/ FUTURE RESEARCH
This research may serve as the basis for a broader, more thorough study that would be used to establish,
enforce, and put into practice policies targeted at conserving and enhancing the condition of marine areas.
