to field staff in case there are forms for return. This is also includes the checking of

 Sorting of BUS and CVS Forms (supplies provided by the Field Office) according to

not limited to the following:
 Filing of documents for safekeeping.
 Logging the incoming and outgoing communications in the logbook and data base and
communicate to the person concern.
 Receiving of TEVS submitted by field staff and checking the completeness of
attachments.
 Inventory of supplies and identify supplies needed for replenishment.
 Data banking and other encoding works at the POO level.
 Perform other related tasks.
