This is our Organizational Structure

Our leader as General Manager Lei Racquel, Nizza Ganno for HR manager, Edliezle Lopez for Sales
Manager, Yours Truly for Accounting Manager, Cess Angelee for Operations Manager, Francis Andres for
Tour Coordinator and Nica Espejo for Promotions Officer.

The Flow Chart of our Staffing Process

We have 8, starting with Manpower Requirements, Recruitment, Selection, Placement and Orientation,
Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Promotion / Career Planning and Compensation.

First is Manpower Requirement

For our business to function we need a General Manager, Human Resource Manager, Sales Manager,
Accounting Manager, Operations Manager, Quotations Officer, Marketing Officer, Promotions Officer,
Finance Officer, Tour Coordinator and Driver / Tour Guide which all of them their own unique and
similar requirements such as the Driver / Tour Guide we require them to be fluent in Tagalog and
English, excellent communication skills, being a great storyteller and they should have a professionals
driver license and a certificate from senior high at least

For the Recruitment Phase

They must first send us their resume, a letter of intent and proof that they are eligible for the roles we
are offering. They must also be able to provide us documents such as Diploma, Birth Certificate, NBI
Clearance and etc.

Selection Phase

We have three phases, our first is the initial screening where we remove applicants that do not meet the
position requirements. Then second is the Interview where we determine the applicant’s suitability for a
position and the opportunity for us to ask the questions. Lastly, the candidate will receive an
appointment letter which confirms his selection for the position, inside the letter includes the job’s
specifics, working hours and pay.

Placement and Orientation

After the candidates have been chosen for the position, an orientation will be offered to the them to
familiarize their selves and introduce them to the business. The orientation program shall include:

Training and Development

Employees will receive regular training to ensure the quality of their work and their ability to complete
all assignments and or expectations. Different roles will need to go through specific training and apply
for certificates such as the Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Promotions Officer having an NC II
in tourism promotions and the Driver / Tour Guide in NC II in Local Guiding and a Professional Driver’s
license.

Performance Appraisal

HR Manager has a system where in he can support the other managers in carrying out the one-on-one
interviews within their respective department to identify their strength and weaknesses doing so will
also grant us the ability to address them and archive the performance appraisal for future references.

Promotion / Career Planning

With SIT IN, Promotion of employees depends on the availability of positions. The selection process can
be from hiring or promoting an employee with the result from an interview where their length of
service, performance evaluations and credentials are also taken in account, then the employee wit hthe
highest rank will be granted the promotion.

Compensation

Due to the fact that we are a start –up business, the minimum starting salary as per Region 1 DOLE is
400 pesos. The starting salary of the Quotations, Marketing, Promotions, Finance, Tour Coordinator, and
Driver/Tour Guide are 400 pesos per day, with the Tour Coordinator and Driver/Tour Guide receiving a
150 pesos lunch allowance per tour. The Managers receive a higher salary of 600 pesos per day, due to
their more extensive duties and responsibilities. 720 pesos for the General Manager, who is in charge of
all the departments. When the employees meet their quota or target sales, SIT-IN will also give them
incentives in addition to their wages. If they do so, a cash incentive can be given equally among
members.
