    Conclusion
    After analysis of water I conclude that the water sample is free from all
    microbial contamination and valid for product, so we

    • After receiving all my data of purified water and water for injection
    (WFI), I hereby conclude that purified water and WFI water got all
    industrial standards for oral- solid and parenteral purpose.
    • Bioburden results shows the colony ratio within the Pharmacopeia limit so
    that means purified water WFI & have excellent industrial standards for
    medicinal purpose.
     
    • Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET) shows the negative results, so no
    further test acquired to check out the toxin present, here WFI is suitable for
    Vaccine preparation as well as parenteral purpose.

    can use for production purpose.
