● It Fits ARIMA THE best .we need to do ARIMA forecasting using function from stats model’s module
Predicting House Prices [Course Project] [Machine Learning] [Jan. 2022 – Feb 2022]
● House price data is taken from Kaggle and linear regression is done on it.
● I took the size of the house on x-axis and house price on y-axis and with linear regression for any house size house price can be predicted.
● Analyzed overfitting by taking nonlinear function [polynomial of degree 2,5&10]. which is best for nonlinear data. And also seen Regularization
