The delay in completion of the project is highlighted in your letter 4529/50K/RA/01/0633 dated 16 Feb 2023. The causes of this delay are numerous as listed below. ® Firsily, we have faced the initial delay due to the strict security clearance issues of our different working staff from the airport security team. «Secondly, due to rainfall, the work has been stopped for 3 to 4 days. Then, we also suffered to get few test pits location to execute the work. © Thirdly, due to the specific nature of the project as you know that we had to face the time restrictions on the work imposed by the PAF guidelines, which allowed work only from 9 am to 4 pm. ‘These are the reasons for the delay in field work , while the delay by the Soil Con and CU Tri-axial test in NUST is due to your approved Laboratories should not be considered in our time frame as we have submitted them the samples and paid the charges timely.
