3 Findings
3.1 When enter view MR Sweet security manager stated that he has observed 10
hospital vehicles being used as as taxes on 21 January 2023 and 4 February 2023.
3.2 Eleven computers which are registered in the assets book is belonging to the
hospital could not be found .
3.3 They were 5 claims for transport paid into a bank account for doctor S Green.
The records show that there is no doctor Green working at the hospital.
3.4 3 staff members who were interviewed all agreed that they were forced to
pay for their own uniform. Although the hospital rules clearly stated that
uniforms would be supplied free of charge to all employees.
3.5 10 patients who were confidential interviewed stated if you pay small bribe to
a security guard called Jorney you would not have to wait to sew a doctor.
4 Conclusions
4.1 There is evidence that some of the hospital vehicles are being used as taxes
for some time. This shows how much the hospital is corrupted and it
unacceptable.
4.2 Some of the computer it is confirmed that they are registered in the assets
book is belonging to the hospital are lost. It shows that theft is affecting the
hospital and is not good for the hospital.
4.3 There is evidence that transport is paid into a bank account for a doctor S
Green . The records showed no The records showed there is no doctor Green
working at the hospital. There is fraud among the hospital and the hospital
income may decrease. That is unacceptable.
4.4 Some of the staff members speak up on how they paid for their uniforms
although company gives staff free working uniforms. This shows corruption and it
needs to stop as it will to bad relationship among employees.
4.5 Some of the patients confirmed there is bribery going on. It paid to security
and you won’t have to wait to see a doctor. This is Cleary corruption and is
unacceptable it could lead to less productivity for the hospital.
5 Recommendations
5.1 They must hire new vehicle drivers and fire older ones for corruption and
arrest them
They must have trackers to their vehicles so they will know if they is corruption
going on
5.2 There must be a lab for computers and hire a security guard to look after
them they must also have trackers
5.3 Everyone must sign their pay slip and send them to finance holder .
5.4 Only the owner must have access to workers uniform to avoid corruption
5.5 There must include number system for patients
Corrupt security must be fired.
