Q.1) Does Age really matter in attrition?

Interpretation - With the use of Tableau, we can simply separate the data in this question
and visualise it in the proper way. Here we can analysis that middle age people whose age in
between 25to 45 attrition is more which is 160 around.
Q.2) Does work-life balance impact on attrition?

Interpretation:
By this visualization we can conclude that average and good work life balance
employees’ attrition rate is more.
Q.3) Does travelling impact on attrition?

Interpretation: In this visualization we can see that those people who are travel rarely the
attrition is more for them. After that we can also see that the frequently travelled employee’s
attrition is high.
Q.4) Understand the pattern in attrition based on department, job-role, and
education of resource.
Interpretation: In the above question, we have found out that the attrition Pattern based on
Department, Job-Role & Education of Resources. First we make the calculation field of Job
Involvement _1 in which we can label the Job Involvement as Very high, high, medium, low
and Education level_1 in which we can label the education level as a numerical value. In
R&D department the attrition is high followed by sales.

Interpretation: According to Job role Laboratory Technician’s Attrition rate is high.


Q.5) What are the other parameters impacting on attrition?
Interpretation: The other attribute that can have a impact on the attrition is gender and the
income bracket. Through the graph we can see that males have the attrition rate more as
compared to females, and in the second graph we can see that the income bracket of low
salary people have left the organization more and then comes the medium salary bracket.
Interpretation: The other attributes that I have considered are male and female along with
the salary bracket. So we can see in the graph that compared to female, male employees
having high salary bracket are leaving the organization more. And from the second graph
we can see that single male are leaving more.
