1. Discuss the hierarchy of needs of human being?

One of the most well-known theories of motivation is the hierarchy of needs proposed
by Abraham Maslow. According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, which evolve from
basic to complex, certain physiological and psychological needs drive human behavior.
The Maslow Hierarchy of Needs has five levels, with the lowest level, known as
Physiological Needs, acting as the primary motivator of conduct. Maslow thought that
these requirements are comparable to instincts and play a significant part in motivating
behavior.

The physiological needs include those that are vital to survival. Some examples of
physiological needs include:

 Food
 Water
 Breathing

At the second level of Maslow’s hierarchy, the needs start to become a bit more
complex. At this level, the needs for security and safety become primary. People want
control and order in their lives. Some of the basic security and safety needs include:

 Financial security
 Health and wellness
 Safety against accidents and injury

The social needs in Maslow’s hierarchy include love, acceptance, and belonging. At this
level, the need for emotional relationships drives human behavior. Some of the things
that satisfy this need include:

 Friendships
 Romantic attachments
 Family relationships
 Social groups
 Community groups
 Churches and religious organizations

At the fourth level in Maslow’s hierarchy is the need for appreciation and respect. Once
the needs at the bottom three levels have been satisfied, the esteem needs begin to
play a more prominent role in motivating behavior. At this level, it becomes increasingly
important to gain the respect and appreciation of others. People have a need to
accomplish things, then have their efforts recognized. In addition to the need for feelings
of accomplishment and prestige, esteem needs include such things as self-esteem and
personal worth.
At the very peak of Maslow’s hierarchy are the self-actualization needs. Self-
actualizing people are self-aware, concerned with personal growth, less concerned with
the opinions of others, and interested in fulfilling their potential.

2. Why personality and behavior of the human being is a plus factor of an

individual?

A person's personality is basically made up of a variety of behaviors, characteristics,

and attitudes. The majority of personality formation is considered to take place during
childhood, when a person's traits are mostly formed. So, it becomes crucial that your
child invests into their development, talents, and self-worth. Together with personality, a
child's social growth is essential since how they interact with people and comprehend
their concerns can have an impact on their emotional ability. Your interactions with
others and social recognition and acceptance are facilitated by developing your
personality. The formation of a person's personality is significant for their professional
and personal lives. It makes a person disciplined, reliable, and valuable to his or her
organization.
