    An inquiry was instituted against 'I' a former director in the government 

    of M.P. Evidence of
    witness was taken by the adverse party against him on affidavits. The copy of the affidavit
    had been provided to him. 'I' made a request in front of the Inquiry commission to cross
    examine the witnesses. Request of 'I' was not accepted. The decision of the Commission
    was challenged before the High Court by 'I'. Will 'I' succeed ?
