FROM the time/ the beginning of 18 century, the technique offered by

industrialization has provided provides people with the capacity to make

significant changeS to nature and planet earth. The results of those

changes ARE SOMETIMES always irreparable and impact all the life on

earth. While some people claims the alternations bring advancement, I

strongly feel that actions of humans have negative consequences on

mother nature.

To begin with, pollution released by humanS intensively contaminates

the ecosystem environment. Namely, the hazardous chemicals and

garbage released in the sewage cause contamination and diseases to

contact waters, which endangered both the animals and plants living in

aN aquatic REGIONS/ CONDITIONS/ HABITATS circumstances. What’s

more, the increase in traffic produces a plenty amount of carbon dioxide

and leads to a totally warming temperature around the globe.

environment. For example, people nowadays use a lot of plastic as a one-

off bag to wrap the an object, and those useless plastic bags are hard to

decompose. Therefore, the plastic is THROWN into the oceans and

swallowed by marine animals, such as turtleS. The consequences of such

actions result in sharply decline in the number of sea turtleS and other

sea animals, which ARE smothered by the plastic on their neckS. From

the abovementioned, it is easy to conclude that current animals are

strongly affected by human-caused pollution, and such harm would

eventually affect human fate.

Secondly, the abuse of resources destroys the primitive UNSPOILT nature

of the earth, and makeS the environment more inhospitable. Specifically,

destruction such as overlogginng and over-grazing, eliminate/

annihilateS/ wipeS out the original habitats and FOOD RESOURCES

forest animals and grassland animals, making them homeless AND

STARVING. Besides, hunting kills thousands of species of animals, AND

even makeS them endangered and threatened. For example, white-flag

dolphin, which USED TO LIVE (lived) in Yangzee River, suffered a long

TIME BEFORE BEING COMPLETELY EXTINCT DUE TO DAM AND

RESERVOIR BUILDING AND HUNTING. period of time of hunting from

human. Stereo and dam built by human also disturbed the activities of

white-flag dolphin, and in the end cause the extinction. The provided

INFORMATION proveS the point that excessive use of resources would

diminishES the remaining living space of animals, THREATENS

EXTINCTION and WOULD CONSEQUENTLY, ONE DAY NEGATIVELY IMAPCT

HUMANS TOO.this would be a disaster to human.

In conclusion, EVEN THOUGH MANY WOULD ARGUE THAT HUMANITY IS

MAKING GREAT IMPROVEMENTS TO PLANET EARTH, I FIRMLY DISAGREE

WITH THIS VIEW. Instead, I would clame that the condition of our only

home is worsening due to CONTAMINATION AND EXCESSIVE USE OF

RESOURCES, WHICH WILL EVENTUALLY HAVE IRREPARABLE

CONSEQUENCES. I would support the opinion that human activities

make the living environment of earth worse than ever.
