Hi Patricia,
My apologies for late response. I didn’t realize that GDE and GQA are non-prod systems, and therefore password here is
not reset via GRC. This is used only for Prod environment.
In order to reset the password in non-prod systems, you need to create a request in RB assist using following link:

Sorry for my answer delay, I can’t reset my password at GRC, because the systems bellow does not appear for me in
option to selection.
