Substructure Works: Revised Work Programme – Request for a detailed catch-up plan

References are made to Client Site Meeting No. 25 held on 31-03-2023 and further discussion with
the Clerk of Works (Mr. Gerald Yew) and you earlier today in connection with the above subject.

You are hereby requested to submit a detailed catch-up plan based on your revised work
programme as the project is currently running behind schedule by 5% (19.1 days). Please include
the details of lift pile cap, retaining wall and lift wall joining each level of basement slab besides
adjusting the start and finish dates of outstanding tasks to complete and hand over by 22-07-2023.

Please submit by 04-04-2023 for our further action.
