Ginger

Ginger is a herb native to Asia that is widely used as a food spice that also has medicinal
properties. This herb usually alleviates ailments such as nausea and vomiting. Other ailments
treated by ginger include cramps, diabetes, migrain, headaches, and other ailments. It is usually
served in the form of tea, or it can also be added in soup, as it is indeed a spice.
Ginger has other benefits such as curing constipation. It also has antioxidants which can
treat free radicals, which damage cells. It is also anti-inflammatory, which is why it is also good
for people who have sore throats.
