People tend to prefer social media:-

1. We often see children attending any function, away from others , neglecting the
blessing of elders and love of
children, rather be on social media.

2. Prioritize virtuality over reality

3. people tend to be active on social media because they feel a sense of comfort
without having to sacrifice
their personal space but hardly do they know that this is becoming a major factor
for depression amongst
social media users.

4. According to centre for research.org 13% of users are getting depression because
of social media whereas
32% have reported anxiety amongst 12 to 17 year old.

5. This is also deteriorating the communication skills of the youth as they rather
tend to prefer talking on
social media rather than talking in person
