ADOPTION DEED

THIS DEED OF ADOPTION made on the 21st OCTOBER 2009

1, (First Party) Shankar S/o Mudakappa Tallur Age: 70 years.
Religion : Hindu Occ: Retd. Teacher R/o Neharu Nagar H.No. 973 Alnavar

2, (Second Party) Shivanand S/o Malleshappa Hanchinal Age: 52

years, Religion: Hindu, Occ: Teacher R/o 1 st Main 5th Cross Narayanpur
Dharwad (Herein after referred to as the Second Party) witness as follows.

Whereas the first party has no son or son’s desired to adopt son. That
first party with free consent of his wife Kasturi W/o Shankar Tallur decided
to adopt son of second party by name Naveenkumar Shivanand Hanchinal.
He is my Sister’s son.

Whereas the first party approached second party for adopting one of
the son’s of second party i.e Naveenkumar.

Whereas, second party i.e original father of Naveenkumar with the
free consent of his wife by name Gangavva W/o Shivanand Hanchinal
agreed to give their child Naveenkumar to first party.

Whereas, first party has adopted Naveenkumar in adoption 3 year

back date: 6/1/2006. That second party has given their child Naveenkumar to
first party in Datt Ceremony.

As such ceremony of giving and taking in adoption of Naveenkumar

Hanchinal has been duly performed in the presence of elders and family
members of both parties, on that time we have not know the registration of
this deed. That reason we have today register this adoption deed.

Whereas, rights and obligations adopted i.e. Naveenkumar relating to

his birth family ceases herewith.

And whereas, the adoptive father shall retain the right of disposing his
self acquired property only.

And whereas, second party shall no claim of custody of Naveenkumar

hereinafter.

And whereas, Naveenkumar shall have from the date of adoption all
the legal rights as adopted son of first party family.

That there is no consideration received for the above said adoption.

Hence in witness whereof the both parties with knowledge with self
wish have put their signatures in the presence of witness.
