effective communication
7c of communication can be termed a guideline which need
to be followed in order to make the communuication most
effective.Its purpose is to convey the exact meaning of the
messages that is being delivered.
1-Clear:-clarity means the communication must be simple
and should carry the exact meaning.the words should be
easily understable do not use heavy and difficult meaning
wordsif you are delivering amultiple gyals the purpose of
each goal should be laid separately in front of the receiver.
2-Correct:-the message conveyed should be correct in the
sense.that sholud be free from any typing and spelling
errors.any errors in the message reduce the effectiveness of
the message.
3-Complete :- it is the most important points of 7c of
communication model while creating message every point of
goal should be explained clearly.
4-Concrete:-concrete means that the message should built
on proper facts and logic.The fact should be backed with
solid data.
5-Concise:-its means that keep the message short and
simple.Only focus on key points to be delivered.Unnecessary
words create confusion.
6:-Courteous :-the message should be friendly considerate
and respectful their should be no judgement and prejudices
in the message.The message show respect to the receiver
theirfore they keep in mind.
7:-Coherent :-coherent message is one which maintain the
tone and language throughout the consistency of tone and
language will make the message even more effective.
