Sub : Letter of warning for involvement in activities against the Company

The undersigned is duly authorized to issue this Letter of warning and

accordingly does so .

The following facts are of relevance at this juncture:

1. You have been in employment with the Company from August 31, 2006
as an Operator and currently a Production Supervisor and are governed
by the terms of your employment.
2. You had been entrusted with a set of responsibilities and yet on various
occasions you were seen to be involved in activities that are against the
terms of your employment.
3. You, being a Production supervisor, were responsible for the tracking of
the unrecorded scraps . You had been instructed to not track these with
other team members. However, you acted upon these instructions
instead of raising this issue with the Company. You were aware of the
implications this could cause and yet you stopped tracking these
unrecorded scraps and did not report such acts to the management.
4. When such scrap under-reporting came to light, you were aware that the
Management ordered for an internal enquiry through an agency that is
well reputed, M/s. Ernst and Young.
5. During your enquiry with Ernst and Young, it is alleged that you had an
idea about the implications and the kind of activities you were involved.
6. Your act of failing to record the unrecorded scrap has resulted in huge
financial loss to the Company.
 7. On 11.01.2023, after understanding the implications of the act that you
had committed, you rendered an apology letter to the Company stating
that you will not involve yourself in such activities henceforth.
8. Considering that you are admitting your guilt and undertaking not to
repeat such acts in the future, the Company has taken a lenient view of
the matter.
9. We are accordingly concluding the matter by CENSURE, warning you
never to repeat such acts in future.
Needless to state, no indulgence will be shown if you commit infractions
in future.
