The relationship shall remain same throughout the duration of entire projact execution, The Bidder! Bidder Consortium shall state their proposed source of equipment either ‘owned or hired by them in the prescribed format The Bidder/Bidder Consortium shall be qualified based on the work order directly ‘awarded by the Owner - in individual capacity or of a Consortium of 2 members (max). Work executed as a Sub-Contractor shall not be considered for qualification purpose. ‘Any contractor bidding as a standalone cannot join as a consortium member with other ‘member else the Consortium bid shall be disqualified, ‘The Bidder / Bidder Consortium shall not be on holiday lis black-listed by GIGLIGSPL cor any of the GSPC group company. Bidder Consortium shall not be under insolvency, liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings or bankruptcy. Bidder shall submit self-deciaration certificate in this regard, Bid submitted by a Consortium shall comply with following requirements: Consortium is not allowed for more than two members. Bifurcation of roles and responsibilities of consortium partners shall be clearly spelt out in Consortium agreement. The division in scope of job between consortium members shall be commensurate with their past experience The overall project management shall be performed by the Leader of the Consortium. The leader of the Consortium shall be the partner who is meeting Technical Criteria (Part-A) at Point No: 1.1 of BOC. Each and every Consortium member of the selected Bidder shall remain jointly and severally iable for the terms of the tender and shall work on a coordinated seamless and turnkey basis. Acopy of the duly executed agreement entered into by the Consortium partners shall be submitted with the bid. The agreement between the Consortium Partners shall not expire during the bid validity period, including any extension thereof. It is hereby expressly clarified that the composition of the Consortium may not be altered without the prior written consent of the Owner. One authorized person shall be nominated by Consortium to sign and submit the bid, ‘conduct correspondences and attend meeting with client. ‘The Bidder! Consortium or its members who have initiated legal action/itigation against GIGLIGSPL or any of the GSPC group company, shall not be considered eligible for bidding. Further, Bidder/Consortium or its members against whom GIGLIGSPL or any of the GSPC group company has initiated inquiry’ legal action’ ligation shall not be considered eligible for bidding.
