1.DISCLAIMER

Bright Solar is not responsible for any reason of damage，personal operation and installation error if user not follow the
instructions in this user manual.

2.Noticed

Bright Solar Flexible panels are designed to with stand the harshest environments on the planet from -30 to +50 degrees.
The top surface is made from ETFE, which is particularly resistant to damage, scratching and delamination. The surface
has a special self healing property if light scratching occurs. The cell circuit is fully encapsulated in a water tight envelope
and mounted on a powder coated aluminium sheet providing strength and heat dissipation without magnetic
interference.

The Flexible Solar Panel NOT highly flexible. They are designed to fit flush to a surface with a curve of no
greater than 3 degrees or 3cm per 1m panel length.

Flexing and bending greater than this WILL cause micro cracks in the cell circuit resulting in premature failure. In these
circumstances the warranty provided with this product will be void.

Customers should read and understand all safety precautions before installation , wiring and maintaining solar
panels .When the solar panel is exposed to direct sunlight or other lights it will generating current , it is very dangerous ,
we kindly suggest solar panel installation are installed by the person who has solar panel install experience .

3.INSTALLATION SAFETY

Before installing , wiring ,operating ,or Maintaining PV modules , you should read and understand all safety
precautions .Direst current (DC) is generated when the battery surface of the module is exposed to direct sunlight or
other lights sources ,and direct contact with the live parts of the module, such as terminals ,may result in death of
personnel whether connected to the module or not . we recommend that PV module installation is conducted by
personnel with experience in PV system installation.

• Pls don’t install modules with damaged surface or damaged backsheet.

• Always handle the panel with care, and preferably in two people .
• Please do not artificially focus the light on the module.
• Don't suggest Walk on the module directly, if has to with soft shoes
• Pls don’t drop PV modules or allow objects to fall down on the PV modules .
• Pls don’t damage or scratch the front or backside surfaces of the module .
• Pls don’t scratch the output cable or bend it with force .
• Pls don’t install or handle modules when they are wet or during periods of high wind . At the installation site, take care
to *keep modules and in particular their electrical contacts ,clean and dry before installation .
• Pls don’t touch the terminal box or the ends of the output cables (connectors) with bare hands under sunlight ,
regardless of whether the PV module is connected to or disconnected from the system .
• Pls don’t attempt to increase module output by concentrating light on its surface with mirrors.
• Pls don’t expose the panel to corrosive liquid or gas.
• When mounting solar panels at a height adhere to all relevant safety regulations.
• Be sure to use components (cables, fuses, etc) with ratings greater than 25% of solar panel/s maximum current ratings.

3.1 ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

All the wire connection should be performed by experienced installers.

•Before connecting solar panel ,Please keep the contacts clean and dry .
•To ensure proper system operation in normal, Keep the cable connection is right .should be observed when connect the
solar panel to each other or to a load.
•PV modules can be wired in series or into a parallel. The number of Modules in series and into a parallel shall be
designed reasonably according to the system configuration.
•Every positive cable to the battery(ies) should have an adequate fuse.
•This fuse should be place next to the battery(ies) .
•Electronic devices should be equipped with over voltage(over 15V) and under voltage(less than 10.5V) protections.

4. MAINTENANCE

A well set-up PV array requires a minimal maintenance, however performance and reliability can improve by adopting
these simple tips.

The amount of electricity generated by a solar module is proportional to the amount of light falling on it.

A module with shaded cells will produce less energy and therefore it is important to keep modules clean.

•It is not allow to clean solar panel in conditions of wind more than 4 grades，heavy rain or heavy snow.
•Use a soft cloth together with a mild detergent and clean water when cleaning the solar panel.
•When cleaning PV modules, do NOT step on the modules and do NOT spay er on the backside of the module or the
cables.

•Take care to avoid severe thermal shocks which might damage the module by cleaning modules with water which has a
similar temperatures to modules being cleaned
•Clean PV modules when the irradiance is below 200 W/m' Liquids with a large temperature difference from the modules
shall not be used for cleaning the modules.
•Do not clean PV modules using high pressurized water.

6. Warranty for Flexible solar panel- M series

•Bright Solar guarantees that for twelve(12) months from the date of delivery, its Photovoltaic modules ("PV
modules") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, application, installation, use and
service conditions. If the PV modules fail to conform to this warranty, then for a period ending twelve(12) months from
date of delivery to the original end-customer ("the Customer"), Bright Solar will, at its option, either repair or replace the
product, or refund the purchase price as paid by the Customer ("Purchase Price"). The repair, replacement or refund
remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the Limited Product Warranty and shall not extend beyond
the twelve(12) months period set forth herein.
 • Bright Solar additionally warrants: If, twelve(12) months from date of delivery to the Customer any PV module(s)
exhibits a power output less than 80% of the Minimum Peak Power as specified at the date of delivery in Bright Solar’s
Product datasheet, provided that such loss in power is determined by Bright Solar (at its sole and absolute discretion) to
be due to defects in material or workmanship Bright Solar will replace such loss in power by either providing to the
Customer additional PV modules to make up such loss in power or by providing monetary compensation equivalent to the
cost of additional PV modules required to make up such loss in power or by repairing or replacing the defective PV
modules, at the option of Bright Solar.

•Bright Solar promises service life of 10 years

Warranty for Flexible solar panel –H series

•Bright Solar guarantees that for Eighteen(18) months from the date of delivery, its Photovoltaic modules ("PV
modules") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, application, installation, use and
service conditions. If the PV modules fail to conform to this warranty, then for a period ending Eighteen(18) months
months from date of delivery to the original end-customer ("the Customer"), Bright Solar will, at its option, either repair
or replace the product, or refund the purchase price as paid by the Customer ("Purchase Price"). The repair, replacement
or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the Limited Product Warranty and shall not
extend beyond the Eighteen(18) months period set forth herein.
