Credit Card Spend Campaign 2023(the “Offer”)

The Offer is part of an ADCB Cashback Program. Terms and conditions set out herein apply to the Offer
and, in respect of the Offer, apply in addition to the terms and conditions set out in ADCB Consumer Banking
Terms and Conditions (available on www.adcb.com) including the terms and conditions applicable to a
ADCB Cashback Program.

If not otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein in relation to the Offer shall have the meaning
given to them in ADCB Consumer Banking Terms and Conditions. In relation to the Offer, the following
terms shall have the meaning set out below:

1. Customer should have valid ADCB or Simply Life Credit Card

Eligibility Criteria means:
2. Customer should have received communication from ADCB about
the Offer.
3. Customers who have not received the communication from ADCB
with regard to the Offer are ineligible.
4. The customer needs to perform successful retail transaction(s) in
the merchant categories mentioned as part of the communication
received to be eligible for the Reward Payout. Merchant
categories will be defined as per Visa and Mastercard list.
5. In order to be eligible for the campaign, the customer should send
SMS CE from registered mobile number to 2626

Offer Period means: Offer is valid from 10th January 2023 – 10th March 2023

Cashback will be calculated basis the percentage points of eligible

Reward means: spends as communicated to the customer by the bank.

A customer can earn maximum AED 150 cashback for this campaign

The applicable cashback will be paid out 60 days from the Offer Period
Reward Payout means: for those customers who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria and
successfully enrolled for the Offer

11th May 2023 to 11th July 2023 (this is the maximum period allowed
Reward Claim Period means:
for a Customer to make any claim for the Reward).

 1. ADCB’s decision with regard to Customer eligibility will be final
and binding.
2. Customer’s spend on supplementary credit card(s) associated
with the primary credit card (on which offer is valid) will be included
to calculate Eligibility Criteria for the Reward.
3. This offer is not applicable on (i) Debit Card (ii) Corporate,
Purchasing and Business Card
4. Retail transactions on the Credit Card in the form of reversals,
refunds or disputed purchases will be deducted from the qualifying

Conditions means:
5. Domestic and international cash withdrawals, all kind of cash
transactions such as crypto currency purchases and Money
Transfers are not eligible spends for the purpose of this Offer
6. ADCB is neither responsible for a transaction that does not get
captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor
accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Credit
Card for any reason whatsoever.
7. The Offer Period is solely determined by ADCB and can be
terminated at its sole discretion.

The Offer is available to a Customer who meets the Eligibility Criteria and who enrolls for the Offer, during
the Offer Period.

Additional Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the Offer.

Cashback shall be credited to the Customer’s card account.

Reward (whether accrued or redeemed) may be cancelled or clawed back by ADCB (in its absolute
discretion) if the Customer no longer meets the Eligibility Criteria or is disqualified from the Offer by ADCB
(in its absolute discretion or any third party supplier or issuer of the Reward).

If all or any part of any Reward is unavailable at the time of the Customer’s redemption, ADCB may (at its
absolute discretion) substitute the Reward for another reward or benefit of a similar value.
