Knowledge management based on Jennex (2005) is form from our experiences of
decision making, meaning we are able to gather our knowledge from our everyday decisions.
We are capable of deciding for our own and take the consequences of it and make a better
decision next time, that's the knowledge from his concept. We also define the Information and
communication technology which means how we communicate through technology like
smartphones and other technology devices.
Furthermore, we defined the difference between data, information and knowledge. Data
is completely out of context, information is context without specific interpretation while
knowledge is a pattern which means we understand.

This lesson covered the idea of knowledge, which is particularly important to businesses.
The knowledge and comprehension of concepts, principles, theories, models, and
classifications are also included. This could help the firms maintain strong management and
control over all aspects of the relevant business. There are two types of knowledge the tacit and
explicit knowledge. Tacit knowledge is about knowledge that is stored in our head or in
someone's head. It can be based on study or in an experience of a person. While explicit
knowledge is a knowledge that is shared through documents, databases, websites or emails.

Knowledge refers to the information, data, awareness, and interpretation gained by a
person through experience, education, or study. It is broadly divided into two categories: explicit
and tacit knowledge. Explicit knowledge is the structured set of information which can be
recognized, recorded, stored and shared while Tacit Knowledge is an unrecorded, hidden and
unstated huge depository of knowledge, which is possessed by every person.
The difference between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge is that explicit
knowledge is already codified, whereas tacit knowledge is rooted in the mind.
Explicit knowledge can be expressed using words, codes, signs, and symbols and saved
in books or devices like a computer, pen drive, tape, hard disk, etc. While Tacit Knowledge is
difficult to express in writing or speech and cannot be kept because it exists in human minds
