At this stage witness submits that he wants to refresh his memory.
Heard and allowed U/s 159 Evidence Act.

Now witness deposed after refreshing his memory as under.

We are three brothers namely Om Parkash, Sumer Singh and my self.
We have a joint property situated at Bhagya Vihar, Mubarak Pur Dabas. Some portion of
that land was already sold by all of us and remaining land was left as it is, as we have
blind faith on each other. On 31.12.2007 when my brother Sumer Singh alongwith his
son Kapil went to the aforesaid land he found the construction work was going on the
land. He immediately informed me and I also reached at the spot at about 11:00 am.
Actually the construction was carried on by my brother Om Parkash and his sons accused
Raj kumar and Rajesh (both are present and correctly identified). There were 3-4 other
persons also at the spot alongwith the accused persons and however I know the name of
only one person of Village – Karala i.e Vikram Singh. Volt. However I can identify those
person also if shown to me. Sumer Singh objected and said why the construction was
going on as we had also the share in the same property. Both the accused persons and
their father Om Parkash replied that we had no share in that property and then they
started abuse us. Meanwhile accused Rajesh pushed my brother Sumer Singh and due to
which he fell down. I tried to help him but meanwhile both the accused person alongwith
their father started to beat Kapil with fist and leg blows. When I tried to help Kapil
meanwhile accused Raj kumar gave a brick blow on his head. The blood was oozing out
and Om Parkash was provoking his children to give more beatings to Kapil. He used
words “GOLI SE MAARO AUR CASE

KHATAM KAR DO”. My brother Sumer Singh called at 100 no. police officials
reached at the spot and took Kapil immediately to the hospital as he was in very bad
condition. Accused persons alongwith their father fled away from the spot. Accused
persons must be punished.

There were several persons gathered on the spot during the scuffle. I do
not know other spectators. On the same day police officials inquired me in the police
station and recorded my statement in the evening time. I do not remember the specific
time. I alongwith my brother Sumer Singh and my nephew Kapil alongwith two other
persons present at the police stations. Police officials did not records the statement of two
other persons as they were concerned and they only came with us. I told the police
officials entire incident and they noted down but I did not go through the statement after
recording. I did not sign the statement. I do not remember whose statement was recorded
first among us. I do not remember whether statement of Kapil and Sumer Singh were also
recorded at that time or not. I do not remember the exact time when we returned back but
it could be 07:00 pm - 08:00 pm. We did not give any other written complaint on the day
of incident. There is a separate case of cheating is also going on in this court. I told the
police officials that Om Parkash and other persons were also present at the spot.
Confronted with the statement U/s 161 Cr.P.C Mark X where it is not so recorded. It is
wrong to suggest that Om parkash and accused persons were not present at the spot or
that we had made a false complainat to the police as no quarrel ever took place on that
day. It is correct that on that day i.e 31.12.2007 the quarrel took place only once. It is
wrong to suggest that I am deposing falsely.

ASI Raj Singh received the DD. no. 25-A at about 10:18 pm. Wireless
operator informed the ASI Raj Singh about the said DD Entry. We reached at the spot at
about 11:00 pm on 30.06.2004. IO did not prepare any list / seizure memo of the goods
which was lying at the spot. IO did not obtain any signature of the photographer on any
documents in my presence. I do not remember whether there was any street light
surrounding the spot. It is wrong to suggest I never went to the spot or that no
photographs of any of the articles were obtained in my presence by any photographer.
Q. 1 Can you identify the accused Ishwar Singh, Jagpal and Shri Krishan in the court by
pointing out ?
Ans. Yes. Witness has correctly pointed out the accused Ishwar Singh, Jagpal and Shri
Krishan who are present in the court today.
Accused persons had disclosed their name at the time of the arrest. It is
wrong to suggest that the accused persons were not arrested in my presence or that Ex.
PW 7/A to Ex. PW -7/E were got signed by the IO when the same were blank. I do not
remember whether any boundary wall surrounded to the house in question or not.
However one room was constructed in the said house. It is wrong to suggest that I did not
accompany the IO and Ct. Rajesh on 05.09.2004 or on any other date to arrest the
accused Suraj Parkash and Smt. Subhdra. It is wrong to suggest that all the accused are
falsely implicated in the present case. It is wrong to suggest that I am deposing falsely.

ON SA:-
I am diploma holder in automobile engineering and having more
then 25 years experience in this field and thousands of accidental vehicle inspected
on the request of Delhi Police Department and various departments.
On 03.08.2004 I mechanically inspected Hero Honda Motor cycle
with out registration number having engine number no. 04F-15M-05338 and
Chassis number 16C07428 on the request of SI. Kishan Lal of P.S – Kanjhawala at
police station, Kanjhawala. After conducting the mechanically inspection of above
said vehicle I prepared the detailed report in this regard and same was submitted to
SI Kishan Lal which is Ex. PW-7/A bears my signature at point- A. During the
course of inspection I found vehicle got fresh damages which are mentioned in my
detailed reports at Point no. 8. the aforesaid motor cycle was fit for road test.
On the same day I also mechanically inspected one bus bearing
registration no. DL-1PA-4807 on the request of SI. Kishan Lal of P.S – Kanjhawala
at police station, Kanjhawala. After conducting the mechanically inspection of above
said vehicle I prepared the detailed report in this regard and same was submitted to
SI Kishan Lal which is Ex. PW-7/B bears my signature at point- A. During the
course of inspection I found vehicle got fresh damages which are mentioned in my
detailed reports at Point no. 8. the aforesaid bus was fit for road test.

I am the registered owner of Truck bearing no. UP-15D-5315. On
20.10.2001 my driver Chottey Lal was driving the aforesaid vehicle by which the
accident had occurred. On 24.10.2001 I received a notice 133 M.V act from police
officials and accordingly gave reply for the same vide Ex. PW 6/A bears my signature at
point -A. On 24.10.2001 I got released the said vehicle on superdaari vide
superdaarinama vide Ex. PW 6/B bears my signature at point -A. Today I have not
brought the aforesaid vehicle.
At this stage accused submits that he has not dispute the identity of the
aforesaid offending vehicle. At this stage 4 photographs of the above said registration
number which are placed on file are shown to the witness who correctly identify the
same. Photographs are now Ex. P1 to P4 (previously mark -X).

ON SA :-
On 19.01.2008 at about 09:30 pm, both the accused persons Kannu
and Sudhir are present in the court today correctly identified, forcibly entered into
my shop which was situated at H. No. RZ-269, Gali no. 4, Karan Vihar, Part -1 st..
Krishna and Suresh who were working in my shop were stopped by the above said
accused persons alongwith other accused in the way and they also beaten them,
when they were going to their home from my shop, both the boy Suresh and
Krishan came back to my shop and accused persons came following them to my
shop and the accused persons caught hold me and started beating me. I asked the as
to why they were beaten Krishan and Suresh and thereafter accused Karan beaten
me with fist, kick and blows and also beaten me with the hockey and accused
Sudhir stabbed knife on my left cheek and blood came out from my cheek. At the
time of the accident I was about to shut my shop. They also abused me while
beating me. I also sustained injury on my left hand also. They were other two
accused namely Arjun and Deepak @ Deepu who also beaten me along with the
above said accused persons. Arjun and Deepak came later on. I raised alarm and
accused persons fled away from the spot. Krishan and Suresh also ran away after
seeing my blood and did not meet me after that. Someone call at 100 number and
police came at the spot and took me to the Sanjay Gandhi Hospital where I was
medically treated. Police recorded my statement which is Ex. PW 1/A bears my
signature at Point -A. Police also prepared site plan at my instance which is Ex.
PW 1/B bears my signature at

point-A. I also handed over the broken hockey in two pieces which was recovered
from my shop and police seized the hockey vide memo Ex. PW 1/C bears my
signature at point -A. Samsung Race bat was labeled on the hockey. Later that
accused Sudhir and Kannu @ Karan were arrested vide memo Ex. PW 1/D & Ex.
PW 1/E both bears my signature at point -A. Their personal search memo were
also executed. At this stage MHC(M) also produced the case property i.e two
pieces of a base bat bearing the particulars of the case and having labeled with
Samsung base bat having total length of two pieces about 2.5 feet and diameter
about 2.5 inch. which are shown to the witness, witness correctly identified it as
the same which was used by accused Kannu @ Karan in beating him and witness
states that he considered the said base bat as hockey. And said case property i.e
two pieces of base bat is collectively Ex. P1.

ON SA :-
On 22.10.2000 I was posted at PS Kanjhawala as a constable. On that
day I alongwith HC Jeet Singh reached at the spot at village Nizampur, Sawda road
on the D.D. no. 21-A where accused was apprehended alongwith the illicit liquor
by Ct. Ashok Kumar and he handed over custody of the accused to the HC Jeet
Singh alongwith the scooter bearing registration no. DL-4SY-4186 containing the
pouches of illicit liquor. HC Jeet Singh check the scooter and counted the pouches
of illicit liquor which was kept in both dickey of the said scooter and found them to
be 130 pouches of illicit liquor labeled with the Muthal Saufi Special Masaaledaar
Sharab of 180 ml. IO also asked 4 –5 passer by to join the investigation but none
agreed and left the spot without disclosing their name and identity. IO separated 5
pouches and kept them in plastic box and sealed it with the seal of JS. And
remaining case property kept in the plastic katta and also sealed the katta with the
same seal. Form no. M-29 was filled at the spot and also sealed with the same
seal. IO kept seal with him, again said I do not remember. IO took into possession
above said case property i.e sealed sample, katta and scooter vide memo already
Ex. PW-1/C bearing my signature at point -A. thereafter IO prepared the rukka and
handed over to me for the registration of the FIR. I returned at the spot after
registration of the FIR and handed over the copy of the FIR and original tehrir to
the IO. Thereafter IO prepared the site at the instance of Ct. Ashok. I identify the
accused which is present before the court today. Accused was arrested vide memo
already Ex. PW 1/D

bearing my signature at point -B and his personal search was also conducted vide
memo already Ex. PW -1/E bearing my signature at point -B. The case property
was deposited in the Maal Khana of PS Kanjhawala, I can identify the case
property if shown to me.
At this stage MHC(M) produced case property which is kept in plastic
katta sealed with the seal of the court. 125 pouches are taken out and label have
been fainted on most of the pouches and most of the pouches are empty. Case
property shown to the witness who correctly identify it and same is already Ex. P1.
At this stage Ld. APP seeks permission to ask leading question. As
witness does not remember.
Heard and allowed.
It is correct that seal was handed over to the Ct. Ashok Kumar after
use.

It is correct that I have not taken oath in court before giving my

statement. It is correct that label on the pouches are not legible and most of the
pouches are empty. I do not remember the color and exact size or the container in
which sample pouches were kept. I do not remember the description of the lid of
the container. I do not know the name of the owner of the scooter whether the
statement of the owner of the scooter was recorded. I do not know if the IO
regarded the disclosure of accused was recorded by IO. I do not know whether IO
prepared any sample of seal memo in this case. It is correct that there was shop and
residences near the spot. The writing work was done on the road itself, on the point
of apprehension of accused. I do not remember the mode of transport vide which I
reach at the spot. I reach spot at 05:45 pm. We finally left the spot at 08:30 pm to
09:00 pm. I and HC Jeet Singh, Ct. Ashok, accused and case property left by bus to
PS. I left for registration of FIR at 08:00 pm and came with the copy of the FIR at
about 08:15 pm. I had gone on bus with rukka to PS. The distance between PS and
spot is about 8 km on one side. It is wrong to suggest that I am deposing falsely. It
is

wrong to suggest that I did not go to the spot. It is wrong to suggest that nothing
was recovered from accused. It is wrong to suggest that accused was falsely
implicated in the present case.

Accused Suresh , Harish and Munna Choudhary are property dealer. The police officer
first asked accused Harish, Suresh and Munna Chodhary to leave the police station and
thereafter also asked me to leave the police station.

ON SA :-

I studied up to 12th standard. I know Santosh Mishra as he is

carrying on a factory in my neighborhood at village Jounti. I was going to the
house of Santosh Mishra at Punjab khore, Durga Colony. I was sitting behind the
Jugar hold a cooler which was been carrried in the Jugar. I have no idea about the
maximum speed which could be attained by the Jugar. Jugar was made up of a
Rajdoot motor cycle engine. I was looking towards the moving direction of the
Jugar at the time of the accident. It is wrong to suggest that Jugar was been driven
at very high speed by deceased Santosh. The cooler was about 4 feet in height and
width was 2.5 feet. The rehri of the Jugar was above 4-5 feet wide but I am not
sure. I have no knowledge about the registration number of the Jugar. I cannot
admit or denied the suggest that it was illegal to ply the Juagar on the road or that
it was not registered. Accident occurred near village Tatesar. It is correct that the
road was little bit bending or having turn at that place. Jugar was having 3 wheels.
It is wrong to suggest that the accident occurred as Jugar lost balance due to the
high speed and due to carrying of the goods in the Jugar. I cannot say whether the
Jugar was being used in carrying the goods. The driver of the trucks alighted from
the offending vehicle and he also saw us in injured condition. It is wrong to suggest
that accused driver helped us in taking us to the hospital. Volt. We were taken up
by the PCR van. My statement was recorded by the police in the health star
hospital, Jaunti, Delhi. I remained admitted in Jaunti hospital for about 21 days.
My statement was recorded after about 4-5 days from the accident. It is wrong to
suggest that I had become unconscious immediately after accident Volt. My eyes
was closed as I felt haziness us after the accident. It is wrong to suggest that this
accident occurred because deceased Santosh Mishra was driving the Jugar in
rashly and negligently manner in high speed and there was band in the road where
the accident took place and Santosh Mishra lost his control over the Jugar and
rammed the Jugar in truck bearing number HR-63A-9277. It is wrong to suggest
that the truck bearing no. HR-63A-9277 was driven at normal speed. It is wrong
to suggest that I am deposing falsely.

Jaat Chopal, Parva Pana, Karala, Delhi

ON SA :-
I am doing M.A. My father accused Baldev Singh separated from my
mother in the year 2004. I alongwith my mother and two other sister Vaishali and
Babita were living in the house no. 552, Mata wali Gali, Village -Karala, Delhi.
My Father accused Baldev Singh sometime reside with my chacha Suresh and
sometime with my tau Bastiram. They instigate my father accused Baldev Singh
against us and they wanted to remove us from the above said house. I was studing
in B.A at the time of the incident.
Incident occurred on 12.01.2007 at about 11:00 am at the house no. 552,
Mata Wali gali, Village Karala, Delhi. At the time of incident I was watering the
newly constructed stairs. My elder sister Babita was washing the clothes and
mother was also present inside the room of the said house. Accused Dushyant
(cousin brother and son of tau ), Baldev (father), Krishna (chachi) and Satwanti
(Taayi) entered in our house from the back gate which was open at that time.
Accused was holding some knife like object and accused Dushyant shouted that
“Tum aise ye ghar chor k nhin jaoge aur hum tumhe sabak sikhayenge ” and
accused Dushyant run towards me for beating and I ran towards the room and
accused Baldev caught hold me and accused Dushyant attacked me with the knife
like object and I averted the attack by hand and I sustained injury on my left hand
and blood came out of my hand. My sister Babita rushed towards me to save me
and she was restrained by Satto @ Satwanti. On seeing the blood accused
Krishna and Satto ran away from the front gate after pushing my mother who was
at the front door and accused Baldev and Dushyant ran away from the back gate of
my house. PCR was informed by my sister Babita. PCR took us to the hospital.
Police came in the hospital from the police station on same day and also on
13.01.2007 but I did not give statement due to pain and nervousness. Police
recorded my statement at my home on 14.01.2007 which is Ex. PW - 1/A bears my
signature at point -A. Police prepared the site plan at my instance of my house
where incident occurred is Ex. PW -1/B. My MLC is Ex. PW- 1/C bearing my
thumb impression at Point -A1 and A2. I identify all the three accused persons
which are present in the court today.

In the year 2007. I used to reside alongwith my mother and sisters
namely Mamta and Vaishali at house no. 552, Mata wali gali, village Karala, Delhi. My
father Baldev Singh was residing separately from us form the year 2004. On 12.01.2007
at 11:00 am I was present in my house and washing the clothes. Accused Baldev (my
father), Dushyant ( cousin brother and son of my tau ), Krishna (Chachi) and Satto @
Satwanti ( Taayi) entered in my house from the back gate. Accused Dushyant was holding
some knife like object and shouted that “Tum aise ye ghar chor k nhin jaoge aur hum
tumhe sabak sikhayenge ” accused Dushyant rushed towards the Mamta to beat her and
when my sister Mamta tried to ran away she was caught hold by Baldev and accused
Dushyant attacked on my sister with knife like object ( Nukeli cheez ) having sharp edge
and my sister ward off the attack and the sharp object hit on his left hand and blood came
out of her hand. I rushed to save my sister and I was caught by accused Krishna and Satto
@ Satwanti. After seeing the blood accused Baldev and Dushyant fled away from the
back gate accused Krishan and Satto ran from the front gate after pushing my mother was
standing at the door. I called PCR and PCR van came and took my sister to the hospital
Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, Mangol Puri, Delhi. my statement was recorded by police on
14.01.2007 at my home. I identify all three accused present before the court today.

PW - 7 Statement of SI Balbir Singh, PIS.No. 28901862 , Presently posted
at PS Nangloi. Delhi.

ON SA :-
On 17.08.2002 I was posted as SI at PS _ Kanjhawala. On that day
I was doing emergency duty from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm. On that day at about
06:30 pm I was present in the IO room of the PS and I was filling the formality in
the FIR no. 125/02, PS – Kanjhawala, U/s 323/325/506/34 IPC pertaining to the
anticipatory bail of accused Sammunder and Bijender as they were formally
arrested by me on that day. About the same time one lady came to my room and
inquired me about the complaint of Azad Singh. The name of the lady was later
revealed as Shakuntla W/o Rajbir and R/o of village – Karala, Delhi. she was
obstructing me in doing my official duty and she was inquiring me repeatedly.
Thereafter I went to the duty officer room for registering the entries in the
roznamcha, pertaining to the formal arrest of the accused persons. Accused
Shakuntal also followed me to the duty room and again started asking me about the
same complaint. I asked her that you were neither the complainant nor was their
any complaint against you and why you are obstructing in doing my duty.
Thereafter I went to the record room and accused Shakutla also followed me to the
record room and I asked her not to bother me and to leave the police station as it
was night time and also told him that I would called concerned complainant if any,
upon which she got infuriated and told me that she had seen so many police officer
like me and also told me that she would strip me off uniform. And also said to me
that he would so “Tamasha”. Accused Shakuntal caught hold my collar of the
uniform and pulled it. I warned her not to do so.

And When I stood up she caught hold the neck of my uniform from the front side. I
pleaded her to leave me. Ct. Ved Parkash the clerk of the record room was also
present their and he tried to release me from the accused. On hearing the noise
W/ASI Asha and duty officer HC Rajender and HC Radhey came to the record
room. They also tried to release me from the accused Shakuntala and accused
Shakutla broken the two button of my uniform and torn the left shoulder of my
uniform and right pocked of my uniform. In the scuffle the accused Shakuntla also
sustained injury on her hand due to breaking of the bangles which she was
wearing. I gave complaint/statement to the duty officer which was recorded by me
vide memo already Ex. PW 1/A bearing my signature at point – A. Thereafter the
above said FIR was registered against the accused Shakuntal U/s 186/353 IPC, PS
– Kanjawala. IO prepared the site plan at my instance which is Ex. PW 7/A. IO
also seized my torn uniform shirt vide memo Ex. PW 7/B and sealed the pulland
of uniform with the seal of N.K Thereafter IO also recorded my supplementary
statement. I correctly identify the accused present before the court today.

At this MHC(M) produced the case property which is sealed pullanda with the seal
of N.K. Seal is intact and pullanda bears the case particulars and same is opened
after breaking the seal and one uniform shirt is taken out which is torn on the left
shoulder and its right pocket is also torn and its two button are also missing from
the shirt and the shirt is labeled with Mishra, Netaji Nagar, N.D at the inner side of
the collar . The said shirt is correctly identify the witness as the same which was
torn the accused Shakuntla at the time of the incident.

PW - 2 Statement of Sh. Trilok Chand @Pappu S/o Sh. Maan Singh R/o
Pappu Bakery, Near Tyagi Hardware Store, H- Block, Aman Vihar, Delhi.
Present Add. D-653, Sultan Puri, Delhi.

ON SA :-
I do not remember the exact date, time and year of the incident as I
was present in my Bakery shop at the above said address. Some police persons
came to my bakery shop and asked me to sign on some papers and I said to them
that I had not seen anything.
At this stage Ld. APP want to cross examination the witness.

It is correct that incident had happened at about 21.09.2009 at about

03:20 pm near at above said bakery shop. It is also correct that HC Ajeet Singh
inquired me about the quarrel. It is wrong to suggest that one man namely Gandhi
alongwith some other man and woman were also standing where HC Ajeet Singh
was inquiring me. It is correct that I said to HC Ajeet Singh that I did not know
anything about the quarrel. It is wrong to suggest that I stated to the police that
accused Gandhi and his wife and Dr. Gyasuddin got infuriated and started abusing
and quarrel with the police officer HC Ajeet Singh and accused Hira Lal Gandhi,
his wife and Dr. Gyasuddin said to the police person that he did not used to
record statement favorable to them and also said to torn and throw the documents
of HC Ajeet Singh and they also started scuffling with

police officer and accused Hira Lal snatched the paper from the HC Ajeet Singh
and throw through and also torn the papers. Confronted with the statement from
portion A to A of Ex. PW -2/A where it so recorded portion A to A is read over to
the witness and also shown to him, which he denies having made to police. It is
also wrong to suggest that the crowd had collected near the spot and accused Hira
Lal Gandhi started torning the clothes of his wife and also tried to make call on
100 number confronted with the statement portion B to B of Ex. PW -2/A, where it
so recorded portion B to B is read over to the witness and also shown to him.
Which he denies having made to police. It is wrong to suggest that I stated to the
police that police did not mis behave with any person at the spot. Confronted with
the statement portion C to C of Ex. PW 2/A where it so recorded portion C to C is
read over to the witness and also shown to him, which he denies having made to
police. Attention of the witness drawn to the accused persons by the prosecutions. I
cannot identify the accused persons as I had not seen the incident. It is wrong to
suggest that I am intentionally not identifying the accused persons who were
present in the court as I have been won over by them or in order to save them. It is
wrong to suggest that I am deposing falsely.

PW - 1 Statement of Sh. Mange Ram S/o Sh. Mukhtiyar Singh R/o Aastha
Vihar -D-470, Prem Nagar – 3rd, Delhi.

ON SA :-
I also reside at F-92, Aastha Vihar, Prem Nagar -3 rd, Delhi. On
03.09.2009 at about 10:00 pm I was retuning to my home after closing the shop
which was at the distance of about 50 feet away from my house. Accused Gulab
Chand threw bricks on me while I was entering to my house. Accused Gulab
Chand on the 1st floor of the house. House of the accused Gulab Chand situated in
the same street in front of my house. The bricks hit me on my head and left hand. I
called 100 number and PCR came at the spot and took me to the Sanjay Gandhi
Hospital. Police did not taken any action. I made complaint to the court which is
Ex. P W -1/A bearing my signature at point -A. thereafter FIR was registered.
Thereafter police recorded my statement and also recorded statement of Ajay
Pardhan and Vishal. Police officials also prepared site at my instance which is Ex.
PW 1/B. Thereafter accused was arrested. My MLC was prepared on 03.09.2009 at
Sanjay Gandhi Hospital which is Ex. PW 1/C. I correctly identify the accused who
is present before the court today.
At this stage Ld. APP seek permission to ask leading question as
witness does not remember certain facts.
Heard and allowed.
Q.1 I put to you that accused Gulab Chand had also abused me and he was also
drunk when he threw brick on me.
Ans. It is incorrect.

Q.2 I put to you that accused Gulab and me were booked U/s 107/150 Cr.P.C.
Ans. It is correct.

It is correct that accused Gulab Chand who was drunk and abused me
while I was entering into my house on the date of the incident, when I objected he
threw bricks on me which hit me on my head and left hand. It is correct that some
one called PCR at the spot. I stated during my chief that accused was not drunk and
did not abused me as I am not feeling well and I got confused out dizziness. I
stated that I called PCR during my chief examination as I could not recollect.

It is correct that accused Gulab Chand was quarreling with Jitender
and Vishal. I was having visiting term with both of them. It is wrong to suggest that
I am having a bad terms with Vishal and Jitender. I visit house of the both Jitender
and Vishal. I did not receive any call from Jitender and Vishal on the date of the
incident. It is wrong to suggest that I was hit by Jitender and Vishal. Jitender and
Vishal did not reach to me for my help. I was not having any enimity with the
accused Gulab Chand. It is wrong to suggest that I was having a quarrel with the
accused 21.04.2010. I have no idea about the DD entry 31-B dated 21.04.2010 of
PS Aman Vihar. It is wrong to suggest that I was having quarrel with the accused
many times before. It is wrong to suggest that I falsely implicating the accused. It
is wrong to suggest that I am deposing falsely.
