12. FIRST INFORMATION CONTENTS:-

Duplicate statement “Statement of Divanshu Son of Late Mr. Anand Kishore

Resident of House No. 128-B Asiana Colony Sector 20 Panchkula District
Panchkula Age About 25 Years Mobile No. 7814777474 stated that I am a a
resident of the above said address and I am driving three wheeler vehicle.
On 16-08-2023, around 12.30 AM, I received a call from my friend Sanju
alias Pola, resident of 91-C Asiana Colony, that several boys are quarreling
with him on the highway of Dhakoli railwaybridge.

My friend Sanju's motorcycle number PB701-2685 brand Splendor was

parked in my house. I went there through motorcycle and parked the
motorcycle under the bridge and stepped over the railway bridge through
Stairs, where Happy resident of Zirakpur, Chamma residents of Dhakoli,
Gurdeep Singh alias Billa and 04 unknown boys were quarreling with sanju
alias Pola. So I stopped them from quarreling, then they all started
quarreling with me, so I ran away through stairs and the motorcycle stay
parked under the bridge and I came to my house. Then almost At 01:30 AM
I went to pick up my motorcycle and I was coming home with the
motorcycle, when I was reached near to the Ambedkar Colony, a white car
passed me from behind, and I reached in front of the Jassi mobile phone
shop, they stopped the car in front of me and Chamma Resident of Dhakoli,
who was holding an iron Daat in his hand, Happy resident of Zirakpur
holding a knife in his hand and Gurdeep aka Billa holding an iron rod in his
hand came out from the car and also 4 unknown boys on 2 motorcycles
came there who also armed with knives and chamma hit my left ankle and
left leg with iron Daat which he hold in his hand and Gurdeep aka Billa who
armed with iron rod hits on my left arm‘s biceps and also give blow on my
left arm’s wrist, Happy , holding iron knife in his hands hit me in his right
elbow, and on the left side of my head. Unknown persons also hit me on my
head, left arm biceps and back with a knife. Which I can recognize when it
comes out. I begged them not to kill me and Then I hold my breath and fell
down, and in between they broke my motorcycle Then they threatened to kill
me that today you survived. They escaped from spot by driving in their car
and on motorcycles with their own weapons, Then I called to my house and
then my brother Himanshu came. Who got admitted me to Government
Hospital Dhakoli for treatment Where the doctor referred me to GMCH
Sector 32 Chandigarh for treatment Where my treatment is going on. The
motive for the quarrel is that I had saved the sanju @ pola from them, due to
which they surrounded me and beat me badly. Action should be taken
against Chamma, Happy, Gurdeep alias Billa and 04 unknown persons. I
have written a statement to you, I have heard it. SD/- Divanshu Verification

police :- on 16.08.2023 a telephone call was received from the GMCH
Sector 32 Chandigarh to Dhakoli Police Chownki that one injured Divanshu
S/o Nand Kishore Resident of house no 128 Sector 20 Panchkula has been
admitted At GMCH Sector 32 chnadigarh for treatment with CR No.
230809925 due to injuries occurred during the quarrel. Send IO for
Investigation rukka was sent on the mobile phone on which she said that I
am Divanshu’s mother speaking. Which is being operated. You will find out
later. Today, on 18-08-2023, a medical Rukka arrived from CHC Dhakoli
that injured Divanshu son of Nand Kishore, resident of Sector 20 Panchkula,
was admitted for treatment on 16-08-2023 due to Quarrel, GMCH Sector 32
Chandigarh was referred. MLR VD49/DHK/2023 of the injured Divanshu
acquired from CHC Dhakoli and Man ASI including HC Palminder 545/S.
AS Nagar and HC Vinod Kumar 1631 Obtained Medical from GMCH
Sector 32 Chandigarh Pooja and Police Post GMCH Sector 32 Chandigarh
for the proceedings of SAS Nagar and about taking witnesses to obtain the
statement of injured Divanshu. Written application submitted by Dr. Sahib.
Dr Sahib wrote that he is fit to give a statement , injured Divanshu
registered his statement with Man ASI The statement of which was read out
word by word. After listening to his statement and believing it to be true, he
signed his statement in English, which was verified by the ASI. In the MLR
No. VD/49/DHK 2023 of injured Divanshu, Dr. Sahib has recorded 16
injuries. Injury numbers 01,02,03,05 sharp, 04,06 blunt injuries are recorded.
Injury numbers 01,02,04,05,06 are reserved for X-Ray From the statement
of the said injured Divanshu, it is found that all the offenses under Section
323,324,427,506,148,149 IPC. Therefore, if the statements against the said
accused Chamma residents of Dhakoli, Happy residents of Zirakpur,
Gurdeep alias Billa and 04 unknown persons are sent to the police station,
HC Vinod Kumar 1631 SAS Nagar. File number should be informed by
registering a case , Officers should be informed through control room Bajria
WM telephone Man ASI along with his fellow employees have been
dispatched to Moka. After registering the record of Against Above
mentioned accused, it was completed Officer Bala was notified by Bajria
telephone to control room SAS Nagar Duplicate FIR,s will be sent by post in
the service of Hon'ble District Magistrate Sahib Derabassi and Hon'ble SSP
Sahib. Original Statement of Case Held HC Vinod Kumar 1631 SAS Nagar
Nijad ASI Mewa Singh 32/SAS Nagar A chance was sent A copy of the
record was directed to the MHC police station.

District Panchkula and the unknown persons for murderously

attacking my son and tearing his head and legal action shall also be

taken according to the application given by me on 16.08.2023,

against the above mentioned accuseds.

RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That I am Swaran Kaur Wife Dharampal I am resident of Address

House No. 50 Ward No. 3 Dhakoli Zirakpur SAS Nagar Mohali

Punjab 140603.

2. This is that on 16.08.2023 at About 1:30 PM when my son Gurdeep

Singh Billa was having his friend's birthday party with his friends near

Ambedkar Colony then Divyanshu age 25 son of Late Anand Kishore

Vasi House 128 B Ashiana Colony Sector 20 Panchkula District

Panchkula and Unknown boy along with his friends attacked him.

3. This is when Divyanshu and his friends attacked my son, during that

time they hit an iron rod on the head of my son Gurdeep Singh with

the intention of killing him and my son fell unconscious and fell on

the ground. Later his friends got him admitted to Dhakoli hospital and

he got 6-7 stitches on his head and legs and during this time they also

beat up my son's friends a lot and ran away from there thinking that

my son was dead. Friends gathered courage and told Gurdeep

 Admitted to CHC Zirakpur where 7 Stitches come over his head And

the photo of my son's head injury and the slip of admission in the

hospital are attached herewith.

4. This is that the on next day, 17-08-2023, I gave a written complaint

against the above mentioned culprits in the police station Dhakoli, but

till date no action has been taken against the culprits. This is that on

01.09.2023, my son got a call from Police Station Dhakoli that you

have to come to the police station for inquiry and when my son went

to Police Station Dhakoli, the police arrested him in case no. 68 and

sent him to Central Jail Patiala on 4/9/2023.

5. This is that I and my husband Dharampal are senior citizens and my

husband is suffering from Neuro disease and Gurdeep is the only

earning member in our house.

It is a humble request to you that the legal action have been taken

against Divyanshu age 25 son of Late Anand Kishore resident of

House 128 B Asiana Colony Sector 20 Panchkula District Panchkula

and other unknown persons as they attacked my son and tearing his

head and also according to the application given by me on 17.08.2023,

,legal action should be taken against the above mentioned accused

Divyanshu and his Friends and till the investigation going on

protection was also given to me and my son from the threats given by

the abovementioned accused as abovementioned accused are very

dangerous persons. Justice should be given.

inquiry and falsely implicating my son in false cases and for

providing justice.

I Kulwant kaur w/o Lt Karnail singh r/o Hno 100/D Preet colony Zirakpur
and I am widow lady and I have 2 sons 1 Anil Kumar 2 Harpreet Singh and
elder one is 24 years old and younger one is 20 year old and my elder son
took all the responsibility of my house.

1. This is that on 16.08.2023 at About 1:30 PM when my son Harpreet

Singh was having his friend's birthday party with his friends near

Ambedkar Colony then Divyanshu age 25 son of Late Anand Kishore

Vasi House 128 B Ashiana Colony Sector 20 Panchkula District

Panchkula with his friends attacked him. That Divanshu and his friend

beat my son harpreet badly my son save his life by escaping from the

place.

2. That after reaching home my son told me the whole incident and we

took him to the nearest hospital for the treatment and thereafter we

give the one complaint to the Police station but they refuse to take our

complaint.

3. That on dated 03.09.2023 my son received one phone call from the

police station dhakoli. When my son went to the police station police

officer told him to wait outside and then register the case no 68 dated

18/08/2023 which is not related to my son.

4. That the divnashu and his associates are criminal natured persons and

selling the intoxication Drugs.

5. That I am widow lady and I have my only two sons. That my elder

son is working out of station and I am under medical treatment and

only my son harpreet is here for my take care.

That it is humble request with folding hand. That legal inquiry be taken

against the divanshu 25 years old and justice should be serve to me and

my son and protect our life and liberty.
