Police Complaint Murli 20082022

S. Murali Krishna submitted a complaint to the Commissioner of Police regarding an attempted murder. Sub:- Registration of FIR in Jubileehills Police Station by considering


my Complaint dt.17.08.2022 – Request - Reg.

Respected Sir,

I [Link] Krishna S/o. Late Mallesh, Age: 31 years, Occ : Business,


R/o.8-3-228/871, near Nallapochamma Temple, Rehmath Nagar, Yousufguda,
Hyderabad. I humbly submit to your Hon’ble Authority that on 16.08.2022 at
about 12.30 A.M, I was standing outside my house in order lock my pet dogs
inside my home.

Then, one unknown person came and started argue with me saying why
are you standing here and started taking me rudely. Thereafter, some group of
people about 5 to 6 persons came close to me and started talking me, as I
recognize one among them by name “sarfaroz” who started friendly
conversations with me and by not knowing the fact that all of them together I
tried to explain him the situation.

I humbly submit that the said “sarfaroz” in order to make me hold at that
place started conversations and all that group of people started taking out
weapons from their two wheelers and hided them backside their body. Then,
fortunately a lady came their and was asking about her son and she informed me
that all those people are carrying knifes and swords behind them and cautioned
me to be careful. I immediately asked “sarfaroz” who are all these people and
why are they carrying weponds. Then, the said “Sarfaroz” said nothing to worry
we all came to have a small discussion with you please come aside we will
discuss and we will go away. But, I with a fear informed the situation to my
friends through telephone and they immediately reached me. By seeing my
friends reaching the place everyone flew away from the spot except “sarfaroz”.

Thereafter, when I and my friends questioned “sarfaroz” he said we


altogether planned to kill you as you warned us from taking drugs and wheed
and also we noticed that you are being active in Hindu religious activities, so we
wanted to behead your head from your body and caution your people. When I
tried to enquire about this people with my locality people, I got to know that all
this people who accompanied “sarfaroz” conspired a plan against me to murder
and I also got to know that these people made this plan since a week and they
used to visit around my home and planned accordingly to murder me.

I humbly submit that after knowing this spine chilling facts, I


immediately informed the police through telephonic call and narrated the entire
story and also gave a written complaint dt.17.08.2022 on the very same day
during day time. It is very painful and sorrow to say that since the day of my
complain our local police station i.e., Jubilee Hills police station have not taken
any action or conducted any investigation against the said criminals who tried to
murder me with the help of dangerous weapons.

I therefore, humbly pray your Hon’ble Authority to kindly take


appropriate action against my Complaint dt.17.08.2022 and further request you
to get it registered as FIR before Jubilee Hills Police Station and also request to
protect my life and my family life from these cruel people who tried to kill me.
