BEGUM W/O Late GHULAM MOHAMMAD WANI R/O LAHORIE CHECK BANDNORA, MAGAM (KASHMIR) (hereinafter called the “EXECUTANT”) do hereby appoint, nominate and constitute my son namely ALTAF HUSSAIN WANI S/O Late GHULAM MOHAMMAD WANI R/O LAHORIE CHECKBANDNORA, MAGAM (KASHMIR) as my attorney for the purpose of maintaining and operating my bank account bearing number 0778040100002534, at Jammu and Kashmir BRANCH KANIHAMA, (hereinafter called the ‘ATTORNEY HOLDER’);
Whereas, the executant being an old aged Person, who is
suffering from multiple ailments (Dementia) and due to other engagement of the executant is unable to look after and deal with her supra mentioned bank account at Jammu and Kashmir Bank branch Kanihama, therefore, hereby empower and authorize the attorney holder to do the following acts, deeds and things with respect to said bank account. 1. To maintain and operate said account for all purposes. 2. To deposit and withdraw for and on my behalf money etc. 3. To apply or represent me before the bank for all necessary and other transactions. 4. To maintain and operate the said bank account for all purposes and to seek the issuance of ATM Card on behalf of the executant. 5. To claim benefits, reliefs to which I am entatlited from the bank. 6. To issue checks and take cheques from my creditors/debtors etc on my behalf. 7. To do other acts, deeds and things the mention of which has not been properly made in this deed but the attorney holder deems fit and proper. 8. That the instant attorney shall not be revoked by one party, however, if both the parties jointly may approach the appropriate forum to revoke the same, whenever they intend to do so. 9. All the acts, deeds and things done or cause to be done by my said attorney holder shall be deemed to have been done by me personally and shall be duly ratified by me.
