above said Attorney Holder to do the following acts, deeds and things

3. TO SIGN and to execute Lease Deed, Rental Deed, Rental

Agreement, bank works and present the same before the
registering authority in my name and on my behalf.

4. TO ACT in all the offices corporation bodies firms, whether of

State or Central Government in my name and on my behalf.

5. TO SIGN all the papers, affidavits forms, applications and

Vakalatnamas and appear in the court whether of Civil or High
Courts in my name and on my behalf.

6. TO SIGN all the papers, applications on behalf of me.

7. AND I hereby ratify and confirm all such acts and things that
has been done by said Attorney under these presents the same
shall be construed as acts, things done by me personally and
binding by my said Attorney. Further this General Power of
Attorney is Irrevocable.

8. THAT this G.P.A. is not valid for sale, transfer or alienate the
said property.
