Bank Reconciliation Statement, Stock Statement, Rectification entries, Month end closing
entries, Management Reports, GST Return, Salary verification, Payment to employees,
Statutory Returns (TDS/Paye, EPF/NSSF, ESIC/NHIF, PT), Statutory payments. Budget vs
Actual analysis. Costing, Cost analysis.

● Quarterly Responsibility
Preparation and presentation of Financial Statements for the quarter. Internal Audit
planning, deputation of staff for internal audit, Follow-up for audit activities on regular basis,
Getting audit reports on scheduled date, verification and analysis of audit report. Report to
management on internal audit and suggest best solutions as per findings in audit report.
Physical Stock Take, Stock variance analysis,

● Annual Responsibility
Prepare Cash Flow, Financial Statements, Submission of statements to the management,
Getting Board approval for statutory audit, appointment of statutory auditor, Arrangement
of statutory audit with consultation of auditors, Reply to audit queries, Year-end closing
entries as advised by the statutory auditor. Income tax return. Preparation of Budget for the
year.

● Other Responsibilities
SOPs preparation for various work as and when required. Manage financial controls and
accounting procedures. Advising Management/Board on the financial implications, forecasts
and analysis. Monitoring budgets estimates and forecasts for various projects. Effectively and
clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner. Treasury Management, Team
Management and co-ordination with all levels of employees, Support CEO in preparation of
Annual/Long term business plans. Liaison with external agencies, advisors and stakeholders.
Procurement planning, analyzing quotations, negotiation, order placement and monitoring
of inventory.
